She needed to find him.

She knew she had to do it that night.

So that's why Jiyeong was trying to get through the people inside the big house.

"Thank God you've been responsible this time, Ji."

The blue-haired was more than sober, even if she drank two full glasses of vodka.

Her eyes scanned all the crowded area, trying to spot the boy.

"This is the first time I actually feel like a small bean."

Frustration quickly took over her, as she tried to find him.

And then, her salvation appeared right in front of her eyes in the form of one of the members.

- Seungsik!

The dark blue-haired male turned to her, who was talking with Dongwon, that also focused his attention on the girl.

- Jiyeong! I thought I wouldn't see you tonight!

- This party is so wild and crowded that it's impossible for me to find you all! - she scooted closer, so that they could hear her - How are you doing?!

- Pretty good, actually! - answered Dongwon - How about you?!

Seungsik seemed to notice her desperation, as he caught the youngest looking through the room.

- You are looking for Sejun, aren't you?!

Jiyeong nodded repeatedly.

- I'm so sorry for the sudden rush, but I really need to talk to him!

The older smiled, ruffling her hair softly.

- He was with Subin the last time I saw him! If he hasn't moved, he should be near the gaming room!

- Thankyou so much!

With a quick hug to both boys, she separated from them and made her way towards the other area of the first floor, trying to sneak past people on the corridors.

"I need to tell him the truth. I can't keep playing the safe game."

Hayoung was right, and she was glad the older girl told her all of that without hesitation or soft words.

When Jiyeong reached the other living room, she immediately spotted them: Subin was playing against Mill in some fight videogame, while others were watching and cheering...

Including Sejun and Hanse, both boys obviously cheering for their maknae.

- Sejun!

Placing a hand on his back to get his attention, the blue-haired turned to her, smiling brightly.

- Jiyeong! Finally I meet you!

They hugged each other effusively, as they were used to showing affection to each other.

- Hey Hanse!

- Hey, Ji! Your hair has turned wavy!

- Straight out of the shower! - she giggled, hearing the loud gasp from the tallest.

- You are wearing my shirt! - Sejun exclaimed excitedly, separating, so that he could see her properly - I knew this was going to suit you so well! And definitely it was a wise choice putting on the black jeans and boots!

- I learned from the best! - smiling proudly, she kept giggling, low key really happy to see him being himself - But, as always, there's nothing I can do against you!

As always, he was rocking his outfit, a white shirt with silver details, wearing a silver chocker, the shirt tucked under the leather black jeans, grey boots complementing the clothes.

- He is a fashionista! Of course he had to be one of the best dressed here!

- Stop it! - Hanse just laughed at the soft slap given to his arm.

Jiyeong laughed, shaking softly her head.

"Now, Ji, focus!"

- Right! I'd love to spend some time with you guys here, but-!

- You are leaving already?!

- No! You are coming with me, Jun!

Sejun was clearly confused by her answer.

- Why?! Are you okay?!

- Yeah! But... I need to talk in private with you, it's really important!

He blinked, surprised.

- Okay, let's go then!

- Be careful, you two!

At Hanse's words, they both nodded and waved to him, starting to walk out of there, linking arms almost immediately so that they wouldn't lose each other.

- Is something wrong? - his sudden question right in her ear made Jiyeong jump on her place.

Nonetheless, she tightened her hold on his arm with hers, shaking her head.

- Let's go to the rooftop, I think we can talk without problem there!

Sejun just nodded, worried for whatever she had to tell him.

Ten minutes later, they reached the rooftop, the cold breeze greeting them, as they let go of the other, so that Jiyeong could close the door.

- At last some peace for my ears!

The shorter giggled at his comment, motioning him to follow her.

- We can sit at the hammock!

Said and done.

As the wind softly rocked the hammock, both of them stared at the starry sky, one with curiosity and worry, the other with anxiety and nervousness.

"I need to tell him everything, in the same place I did spit out all the first time."

- Is everything alright?

Taking a deep breath, Jiyeong closed her eyes.

"Now or never."

And then, her mouth opened, and her voice started narrating:

About how she left the university.

About how she needed to bear with her mom's depression and her own.

About her little sisters.

About how she lost her soulmate.

About how she was scared to death of giving a false step for everything to crumble down.

About how she just wanted everything to work out for them.

About how she just wanted to fix everything, outside and inside.

About how she didn't want to hurt anyone.

About how she saw in Feel Your Soul the way to show the world that humans are still alive.

About how she wanted to be a better person.

About how she just wanted the best for them.

She told him absolutely everything.

Apparently, at some point she started crying, as Sejun hugged her tightly against him, his fingers caressing her hair and back, as Jiyeong's head rested on his chest, the girl talking about all she wanted to say.

"- ...I just want to evolve. I just want to fly high and change the game, change my game."
