Chapter 16: Pinky Promise

Olivia's POV:

I ran to my car and started the ignition. I don't care if it's dangerous to drive when I'm pregnant.

You don't even know what I'm going through.

I just found out that Justin has been in a very fatal car crash.

I drove to the hospital as quick as I could and started fast walking to the entrance because my stomach was starting to hurt from running.

I walked to the lady behind the desk and asked her, "I'm looking for Justin Bieber. Is he in the hospital?"

She looked and checked on her computer and said, "He's in room 302."

I took the elevator to the 3rd floor and walked to the room. I saw Justin laying on the hospital bed with tubes sticking out in every direction.

A tear started to prick my eye, and I kept trying to hold it back, but I couldn't.

Soon enough, a river was flowing out of my eyes.

I sat down at the foot of Justin's bed and rubbed my eyes so that I wasn't crying anymore.

Then I heard the doctor come in, so I looked up.

Her name was doctor Wilmore. I said to her, "Hello Dr. Wilmore. Is Justin going to be okay?"

She knew that I was crying so she handed me some tissues and said, "You can just call me Michelle, but Justin's not in a really good condition. He has 3 broken ribs and he's dislocated his right arm. But that's a good thing, since he's a lefty."

I couldn't believe that Justin got into a car crash. I mean, how did he. Then I remembered. We had that fight. Now I hate myself. For being so mean to him. I should have just let him watch the basketball game.

Then someone interrupted me from my thoughts. Pattie, Justin's mother came walking into the room.

She looked at Justin, and then at me. I looked down at my feet as if I was ashamed.

I expected Pattie to come to my face and scream at me about how Justin was in this condition because of me, but instead, she wrapped her arms around me and hugged me.

I started to cry and said, "I'm so sorry Pattie. I'm sorry that we got into a fight. Justin doesn't deserve me anymore."

Pattie let go of me and said, "Sweetie, he's the reason why that you have a baby inside of you. He loves you, and I can tell."

I made a little sniffle and said, "Thanks Pattie."

She smiled and said ,"You're very pretty. I just have to say. I think Justin made a mistake to become a father at his young of an age, but he chose the right person to be the mother of his child."

I smiled and hugged Pattie again.

I let go and said, "I want to stay here with Justin for a while. I mean, till he wakes up."

Pattie smiled and said, "Oka-."

Justin cut her off by saying, "Olivia? Mom?"

I turned around and Justin was awake. I smiled and dashed to him as quick as I could.

I quickly kissed him on the lips and said, "I'm so sorry Justin. Next time, when you want to watch the basketball game, I'll let you. How did you get into an accident anyways?"

Justin sighed and said, "Well, I was thinking about what I did to you. You know, calling you a bitch and all, and then I lost focus of driving and this car just came towards me."

I gasped and said, "You know, you have 3 broken ribs and a dislocated arm right?"

Justin tried to move and shouted out in pain. I covered my ears and Pattie said to me, "Sweetie, you should probably go home. Being in a hospital full of germs in not good for the baby."

Justin nodded and said, "Go ahead. I'll be alright here."

I said, "Okay." Then picked up my purse and said good bye to Justin. I quickly gave him a good night kiss and walked out the door.

As I went back home, I found Celeste sleeping on the couch. I woke her up and said, "Hey princess, why are you here?"

Her eyes were puffy and swollen and she said, "I thought you ran away because you didn't want me anymore."

I laughed and said, "I would never do that to you."

She grew a smile on her face and said, "Promise?"

I said, "Promise." Then I held out my pinky so that we could link them together.
