Chapter 2- running late

'Hello?' I asked into the phone
'Hey, this is the man from the airport. We would like to schedule a meeting for tomorrow at 2 o'clock, if that suits you' he answered in a stern voice
'Yeah sure that's great' I said trying to hide my excitement
'We will send through all the details now, good day' he said
'Bye' I quickly hung up my phone and jumped onto Nick that was laying on the bed
'Haha what are you so excited bout' he laughed
'I have a meeting tomorrow with that talent agency' I smiled
'Yay! I'll drive you and we can get some lunch before hand' he said as he kissed me
'That sounds great' I smiled as I got off him and kept unpacking
'So.. are you gonna forget about me when your a big star' he said as he wrapped his arms around my waist
'Yes nick, because I want to forgot you' I said sarcastically
'Thanks y/n, love you' he said as he gave me a kiss on my cheek
'Im kidding! Obviously I'll never forget about you!' I said as I dropped the clothes I was folding and turned around to face him
'Good' he said as he pulled me in closer and kissed me passionately
'What has gotten in to you' I smiled
'I don't know, your just being really cute right now' he said as he went in for another kiss
'I love you' I am smiled as I released myself from his grip and walked out the door
'Woah your really just gonna leave me in here to unpack all you stuff' he yelled at me because I was already half way down the stairs
'Sorry Nicholas, but im late for a meeting of watching some tv' I yelled back
'Alright alright, I'm coming' he said as he slid down the stairway pole

Nick and I watched movies and cuddled all night until we finally woke up. I slowly opened my eyes to the light shining through the cinema window. My head was resting on nicks chest with his arm around my waist. It was so cozy just laying there with him with the light beaming onto my face. I could lay here for days. And that's when I realized that the agency had sent me the details. I opened up the emails and my daw dropped

I shook nick awake as fast as I could. He slowly opened his eyes and looked at me confused.
'Nick! I'm late! Can you drive me?' I asked in a huff
'What? Uhh sure, quick get dressed' he said as he slipped on his shoes and jumped up.
'I'll meet you in the car!!!' He yelled as I ran up the stairs to get changed.

I threw on a slip dress and a blazer. Slipped into some shoes and brushed my hair, put on some mascara and sprinted down the stairs and into the car to find nick sitting there waiting
'You look beautiful' he smiled
'That's really sweet but I look like a mess' I tucked my hair behind my ear
'You could wear a garbage bag and you would still make girls jealous' he blushed
'I love you babe, but we're gonna be late
So drive' I smiled as I kissed him on the cheek
'Oh right I forget' he laughed as he thumped his foot on the pedal.

We arrived 5 minutes later and I jumped out of the car and ran into the building
'Miss y/ln? Your late' the receptionist rolled her eyes
'I'm so sorry, it won't happen again' I replied in a huff
'Well it better not. Mr. Charles is waiting for you, go on in' she said as she motioned to the door

I walked into the room to find a group of people wearing business suits around a table
'I'm so sorry I'm late' I apologized as I sat down at the table
'That's fine, let's get straight into it' he said as he looked at me
'Okay so y/n, you already have the look for being and actress but we need to see if you can act. Here is a script, you can read for Anne' he said as he passed me the script
I stood up and started reading it, putting as much emotion as I possibly could into it

When I finally fished the scene all of the business people applauded
'That was incredible' one of the lady's said
'One of the best auditions I've seen in years' the man said
'Okay y/n, I think it's fair to say that we could love to have you, if you would accept?' He asked
'Are you kidding? That would be incredible, thank you so much' I smiled
'Just sign this and your all set' he said as he slid a contract across the table.
I grabbed the pen and signed my name
'Fantastic. We will be in touch when we find some entertainment opportunities for you' he smiled as he opened up the door

I ran out of the building to find nick standing out the front holding two coffees and a croissant
'I got in!!!' I yelled as I jumped into his arms, which almost made the food go flying

'Ahh, I can't believe it! They said that they will call me as soon as a audition comes up' I smiled as he handed me coffee
