Part 8 - im tired

'H-hey guys' Nick said as he wobbled.
'Woah nick how much have you drunk' I said as I ran over to him to stablise him
'I don't remember, but your just so pretty, you make me so happyyy' he said as he cupped my cheek in he's hand.
I could tell he was super drunk to the fact that he was slurring he's words
'Thanks babe, Noah could you grab some water?' I said as I looked at Noah
'Sure thing' he said as he took my empty cup and filled it up with some tap water
'Like y/n, i love you so much I just wanna get you a-' he was cut off by drinking the water
'Thanks Noah' I replied and he smiled
'Ayeeee I see a friendshippp' nick giggled.
Noah and I smiled a awkard smile
'Hey you know who I should set you up with, Olivia' nick said as he took another swing of water
'Isn't she dating ryland?' Noah asked as nick sat down on the bed
'Nahhh, they just have a thing, y/n knows, Olivia said she wants to be like like y/n cause she's perfect, and that Olivia wants a boyfriend' nick said as he put he's arm around me
'I'll think about it' Noah giggled.
'Good good good' nick slurred
'Hey y/n, you all good here?' Noah asked with a eyebrow raised
'Yeah we'll be fine, you can go, it's already 4am, head home' I smiled
'Okay well see you soon?' He asked with he's hand on the door handle
'Yeah, see you' I smiled as he walked out

Not long after Noah left nick passed out and so did I. I woke up the next day to the blinding light coming through the window. Nick was still blacked out so I decided to go down and get some breakfast. I walked into the kitchen to find ryland sitting on the bench eating a bagel.
'Hey chick' he said as he took a bite of the bagel
'Hey what's up?' I said as I got some aspirin out of the cupboard knowing that nick was gonna need it when he woke up.
'Nothing much, that party was crazy tho' he said as I jumped onto the bench across from him
'I honestly don't even remember that much of it' I giggled
'That drunk aye?' He said with a raised eyebrow
'Nah, I just went up to my bedroom most of the night' I said as I took he's bagel and took a bite
'Fair enough, Nick was off he's face last night tho' ryland said letting out a laugh
'Omg I know, crazy dude' I said as I passed the bagel back to him
'I know right, gotta love him for it tho' ryland smiled
'You do, anyways I should go check on him, thanks for the bagel' I smiled as I jumped into my feet
'Anytime' he smiled

I walked up to my room to find nick sitting up holding he's head
'You okay babe?' I asked as I passed him the aspirin and I glass of water
'Yeah yeah I think so, just hungover' he said as he drank the pills down
'Haha yeah I would think so' I let out a little laugh
'Where did you go last night? I spent like the whole night looking for you' he laughed
'I just came up here and talked to Noah, we were both tired and I owed him a good convo' I said as I chucked on one of nicks hoodies
'Why's that?' He asked as he rubbed he's head
'Oh just... well, tony kinda hit on me again and he wouldnt quit so Noah told him off' I said as I crawled into nicks arms and rested my head on he's chest
'Again? Jeez tony needs to back off' nick laughed.
I was sort of offended in a way, he found it funny, I've told him how uncomfortable tony makes me feel and he never takes it serious.
'Yeah, hey, I was just wondering, would you ever consider leaving the hype house with me?' I asked with my voice full off hope
'I don't know, definitely eventually, just not yet' he responded and he kissed me on the head
'Yeah yeah sure, I understand' I replied as the hope that was in my heart faded.
'Hey do you mind if I go out today?' I asked as I sat up
'Nah that's fine, I'll probably be asleep most of the day anyway' he answered as I got up
