Dear diary,
I made papa angry again. I don't know how, but I did. I found a photo of mama.
He threw it in the fire.
I can't go back in the house right now, he's too loud. I grabbed my dairy when I came out here, I'm sitting in the garden. I feel like a princess. Maybe my Prince Charming will come save me! I hope so. But usually that happens when your older....
I never liked the beginning of Cinderella. Her step-mama's too mean. I don't know why Papa reminds me of her when he's like this, but I'm sure it's just me being a 'dumb blonde' like papa calls me sometimes. I don't know what that means. He says it's better for me to look pretty than talk, so I'm trying to spend more time doing my hair! He hasn't noticed yet but I'm sure he will... he notices when I make a mistake, so he should notice this too! Papa's a̶b̶s̶e̶r̶v̶a̶n̶t̶ a̶b̶s̶e̶r̶v̶e̶n̶t̶ o̶b̶s̶e̶r̶v̶e̶n̶t̶ observant, I think.

Dear diary,
Papa brought me to the castle today! I felt like a real princess! I even saw the prince!
I wasn't allowed to talk to him though.. I wasn't allowed into the library either. The books looked so pretty!!!
I listened to papa though. I don't want to make him mad like last night. It hurt.

Dear diary,
Papa said I shouldn't write anymore, but I don't want to listen to him! I told him that, but he just laughed and said I was like mama. I'm happy he didn't get mad, but I don't know why he said I would grow out of it. Isn't it good I'm like mama?
