Denki woke up before Eijirou's alarm, grateful for the extra moments together. Although it was a school day and they couldn't stay in bed all day, he savored the time they had. He pressed as close to Eijirou's chest as he could, absorbing the warmth and comforting scent. Even if it was only another 26 minutes before the alarm rang, he cherished the feeling.

As he lay there, Denki prepared to claim Eijirou's uniform jacket for himself. He had already decided it would be his for the day—he loved the way it smelled of Eijirou and wanted to hold on to that comforting feeling as long as possible.

The alarm soon blared, startling Eijirou awake. Denki reached over to turn it off and then turned back to Eijirou with a soft, "Good morning."

Eijirou, still groggy, managed a smile. "Good morning. How did you sleep?"

"I woke up before the alarm, but I slept well," Denki replied.

Eijirou nodded. "That's good. How long have you been awake?"

"Twenty-six minutes."

Eijirou chuckled at Denki's precise timing. "Sorry if you were bored."

Denki shook his head. "I was happy just cuddling with you, even if you were asleep."

"You're so cute," Eijirou said with a grin, pulling Denki in for a kiss. Denki melted into the kiss, running his fingers through Eijirou's hair, but Eijirou eventually pulled away.

"As much as I'd love to stay like this, we have to get ready for school."

Denki sighed and got out of bed. "Yeah... But your jacket is mine today."

Eijirou followed him, still smiling. "It's one of those days, huh?" But his smile faded as he grew more serious. "Denki, do you remember what happened last night?"

Denki froze. "Mostly."

"Do you want to talk about it? Not right now, but later?"

Denki thought for a moment. "Maybe. I'll decide after school."

Eijirou nodded, respecting Denki's choice. They continued getting ready in silence, with Eijirou wanting to ask more but holding back, understanding it wasn't the right time or place.

The day dragged on. The weight of their unspoken conversation hung heavily over them. Denki knew he couldn't avoid it forever, despite his dread.

At lunch, the atmosphere was tense. The Bakusquad gathered around their usual table, but the usual lively chatter was missing.

Denki sat silently, poking at his food without much interest. Eijirou sat next to him, but his usual lighthearted demeanor was replaced by an anxious frown. He made half-hearted attempts to engage in conversation, but his focus was clearly on Denki. The squad could see the strain on his face, a mix of worry and frustration.

Katsuki finally brought it up. "Okay, what the hell is going on with you two? I'd normally enjoy the quiet, but this is just weird."

Hanta nodded in agreement, his brow furrowed. "Yeah, something's definitely wrong. You guys are way too quiet."

Mina offered a gentle smile. "You can talk to us. We're friends."

"But only if you're comfortable telling us," Kyoka added, trying to be supportive.

"Did you get into a fight?" Mina asked, trying to probe gently.

Eijirou shook his head. "We didn't fight. We just had a rough night."
