There were times when Gulf would flirt with Mew as a way to show his interest in the older man. But to Gulf's luck, his Khun Phi was just too clueless to realize Gulf's true intentions or he had purposefully ignored Gulf's advances.
Gulf knew of his Khun Phi's painful past. It angered him to learn that someone could be so heartless to treat his Khun Phi in such a shitty manner. Though he was angry, he did not mind Mew's past. He knew if Mew were ever to give him a chance, he'd be able to love and cherish him better than the previous guy ever did.
Gulf may seem unable to express his feelings, however, there are moments in which he would have sudden bursts of confidence to show his true feelings.
