Elena had only become a student in Falcon High for a month, at least. But she'd fitted right in since the very first day. Why? She don't personally know. She doesn't really pay much attention the girls who swanders around her. She has no idea why they did. Maybe it's her car that gives it away, or maybe it's them whose desperate for a new recruit.

One of their attempts is by following her everywhere she goes, like she's mother hem and they're her child. That's why you'll see her sneaking around the school hall, walking fast, just so they couldn't keep up. But this time, luck isn't in her favor. Because right now, she bumped into the jocks, and the girls are catching up soon.

"Hey hey hey," Jack greets, raising a hand for a high five, which she ignored when she hears him.
"Throwing yourself at people, Mitchell? don't took you for desperate," he said an arrogant smirk on his face.
Despite just having him inside her shower earlier, it doesn't mean that she'd suddenly be nice, and keep up with his antics. Especially not when she wanted to wipe that smirk off his face.

"You mean like you took anything thrown your way, Haynes? you do seemed like desperate," she winked, about to leave when she hears hollers from his friends, before suddenly, someone retorted.

"You mean you? taking it in your ass rather than getting none at all," this one guy said, earning a glare from her, as the other guys shut up. She doesn't know what his problem is, just like how she doesn't know who he is until somebody cursed. So she took a step closer, meeting his eye, as she crossed her hand.

"Giving me all the credits, Deke? Because it's obvious you're the one who's getting it raw," she retorted back, leaving with a smirk when she sees him turning red. Just because she isn't a bully, doesn't mean she wouldn't stood up to herself. She's not even the one who initiated it. In fact, she's just about to apologize for bumping into them- Jack to be exact- before they started to call her out.

"Bitch."

She raised a finger to the air, not giving them any mind because she's got more things to do, rather than giving sore loser a mind.

"Elena," Jack called, and joining by walking beside her. "I'm sorry for my friends. They're insulting, but i could promise you they're a good person."
Elena almost scoffed. "Don't worry, Jack. I didn't expect anything else from them," she tells, while Jack's looking at her funnily.

"What?"

Jack shook his head. "Nothing. I- I just thought after Friday night, you and Nathan would be more civilized around each other."

Her heart skips a beat. "What-"

"You both did made out, right?" He cuts her, and she chuckled, feeling relieved.

"Oh, that."

"How did you know his room anyway?"

"I don't," she grinned. "I was hoping he wouldn't follow me, and i'd return in eight minutes," she said as they chuckled. They stayed silent for a moment before he spoke up, guessing what she's about to say.

"Don't worry, most are too drunk to remember the party, except Ivan. Dude still nowhere to be found," he shrugged and Elena laughed.

"Oh, poor guy. You shouldn't have done that," she laughed again.

"Hey, i'm not backing up on a dare. Especially not when i'm paid for each strikes," he grinned.

"You got paid for a dare? By who?"

"I'll max your gas from zero if you made out with Nathan on public," he grinned as Elena rolled her eyes.

"Nice try."

"Come on, your gas aren't cheap," he grinned, as Elena hits him on the head.

They stopped and Elena send him a smile. It took him a moment to realize that they're in front of the library. "Ah, yeah- nope. I have allergies to books, and especially their mum. I- bye," he suddenly ran off, and she's not even sure what he'd seen.

She turned and notice the librarian assistant was staring at them, and she throws a smile her way, as she approaches her.

"Hey. Member please," Elena said, as she gave her a paper to fill out.

"I'd be careful, if i were you," she said, not really looking at her, but Elena knows she's talking to her. "A good for nothing assbrain," she mumbled again and her curiosity is drawn.

"Are you two-"

"God no!" She squealed and Elena can't held but laughed. "He's my brother," she said and Elena started at her the longest she could without making it awkward.

"You're joking."

"Can't find the similarities, can you? I'm Danielle, and i haven't even told you the deal breaker yet," she shrugged and Elena looked at her with upturned lips.

"Elena. I'm braced," she grinned and Danielle stared at her with squinting eyes.

"Believe me, you're not."

"Why-"

"We're twins," Danielle cuts and Elena stared at her mouth agape.

"I knew it, i should've made a bet about it," she sighed as she sees Elena's reaction.

Unlike Jake whose blond, Danielle's hair is more of an auburn-brown. She's fair while Jake's tanned, she's petite, whereas he's muscular, and where Jake has dark brown eyes, her eyes is jade, that could be easily mistaken as grey if you only caught a glimpse of it.

"And before you ask, no i didn't dye my hair. Apparently, i inherited some rare genes out of my grandparents, and voila. Helps me getting involved with his dumb affairs," she rolled her eyes as Elena chuckled.

"You know, you do have something in common," Elena laughed and She raised her brows.

"You're both fun to talk to, but i hope it has nothing to do to the fact you're both named after  a whiskey?"

Elena struggled not to laugh when she sees Danielle gaping. "Jack, Danielle. Jack and Daniels. Jack and coke," Elena shrugged, grinning.

"Ah, damnit. You're the smart one. Why are you friends with him, again?" Elena only smiled, then walked into the library. Telling her shocked friend that they'll talk later after she finished finding her book first.
