•Luke's POV•
Class ends and I head to Tera's class. I watch as students flood out of the classroom but I fail to see her come out. I walk in and see her asleep at her desk. She looks so innocent but this isn't a good way to start the school year. I kneel down beside her and rub her back.
"Come on princess, you need to wake up." Her eyes flutter open and she smiles at me.
"Good morning." She let's out a small laugh and stretches her arms.
"How about we get some lunch love?" Love? Where'd that come from? I hope I'm not crossing the line. She nods her head and we walk out to my car.
"Woah!" She says as we reach my car "A mustang?" I let out a slight laugh.
"My parents bought it for me so I would stop complaining about driving a run down car." I was to the passenger side and open the door. She smiles at me and sits in the car. I shut the door and make my way to the drivers side.
~20 minutes later~
We reach Nando's and I help Tera out of the car. We go and take a seat and order. We both get water and the grilled chicken salad. Once our food comes we begin eating and I finally find it within myself to ask her what I've wanted to ask her since this morning.
"So Tera..." I start. She glances up at me and smiles.
"Yes?" Her voice is heavenly.
"I was wondering if maybe, you'd like to... Um maybe.... Go out with me?" I feel my face start to burn making it obvious I am blushing and I stare down at my plate.
"Really?" I glance up and she is smiling and staring at me. I quickly nod and she giggles. "I'd love to Luke.. I'd love to."
