I'm just sitting at my desk, not giving a damn in what ever is happening in my class. It's not like I will be ever interested in the crap my stupid classmates do.
I am Kazuki Yuuto, in my 2nd grade of highschool and I am a loner. Most people won't admit that they're loners but I'm different, I like to be alone and I make it clear to the people around me that I do not want to ever be disturbed.
I was reading my manga at my desk as per usual when some idiot comes busting into the classroom yelling that the rumored transfer student is in fact an idol. I thought it was ridiculous that an idol would be going to a school that has barely any reputation and even more so, thought that this person was insane to transfer in the middle of the year. I returned to reading while everyone else was discussing on how they should "welcome" her. I don't even know how they found out that it was a girl in the first place.
After school ended, I was about to head home when I received an email from my parents that a good friend of theirs will be having dinner with us tonight. I replied to her saying that I had no problem whatsoever. As I headed home, I decided to stop by the game store to see if any games were on sale. Soon after that, I headed back.
As I enter my home, I notice that there was a luggage but knowing myself, I was too lazy to find out who it belonged to. I then entered the living room only to be greeted by my parents, their friend and a girl who I've never met. "Ah, Yuuto! Come here. Meet Mizuno Yui, she'll be staying with us for a year and she'll be transferring to your school."
'Mizuno Yui... Where have I heard that name before...' I thought to myself. "Hajimemashite, Yui desu, yoroshiku onegaishimasu."
I had no problem about her staying with us but my only concern was that where is she gonna sleep. My parents told me that my room was big enough for the both of us and I could just sleep on the floor.
I was extremely oblivious about this situation and it looked like my parents wouldn't change their minds.
Accepting my fate, I headed up to my room and started cleaning it. I then heard a knock on my door, I opened it and it was Mizuno. I wasn't really fond of her staying in my room so I thought I should set up some rules.
"So.. Uhh.. First of all, do not touch my manga collection without permission. Secondly, if you wanna play some games, do not overwrite my saves. And finally, there's some snacks in the fridge in the corner, feel free to take some but remember to refill it if you ever go to the store."
She then proceeds to giggle at me, "Hai, will do Kazuki-kun." she said.
After she got done unpacking, the room got really quiet. I just ignored it and continued to browse through the Internet when suddenly, I feel hair touching my shoulders. I turn around only to see Mizuno peeking over my shoulder.
I ignored her but I was still wondering why her name sounded familiar. "Hey, your name sounds very familiar? Are you some famous person or something?"
Yui blushing, "Well.. I wouldn't call myself but yeah, well kind of."
Still confused as she didn't answer my question. "So, how are you exactly famous?"
She then proceeds to explain that she belongs in an idol group 'Sakura Gakuin' and then shows me videos on my computer.
We went back to doing our own stuff and then we got called down to eat dinner but nothing really happened, her mom and my parents were just chatting along so she and I decided to watch some TV. After that, I went to brush my teeth and then go to sleep.
Then it hit me, if Mizuno is an idol and she'll be transferring in my school tomorrow, then she's the rumored transfer student everyone was talking about. She'll have a lot of stuff to handle tomorrow, I thought to myself.
