Red Rover Runner ( book two in Blue eyes series)

Chapter 4

 " She's going to be fine just abit sore with all the stitches on her head. I had to shave your hair short cause of how many deep gashes , I'm sorry." The doctor aplogizes .

 " It's fine  you couldn't  reach the wounds unless you did." I shrug it was time for a haircut anyways.My whole head was bandaged. 

 " Your poor hair!!!" Liz exclaims have joking. She touches my wrapped head and the tuffs sticking out. When I could take the dressing off i'd shave my hair completely . 

 " It will grow back." Shrugging I find out I had to take a week off for it as it was condsered a head injury. Arlo was on the chair in the corner as everyone fussed over me he just continues watching.When it was ok to leave he gently helped me up and led me to a room in the girls side of the lodge.

 " I'll go get your stuff from your house let me know what you need ." He watches me and stays outside my room door. Making a list of items and Liz appears. " I'm going to need you for the girl stuff Liz." he looks at the list and hands it over to her. They head back to my house and grab my clothes and other things I had requested. I look around my room and sigh it was bare but there were a few pieces of furniture in the room like a dresser and a nightstand. Well I guess it was my cue to live on pack land which was going to be different as I'd no longer be of the protected community. I was now a protecter I was to watch out for others. Though Arlo comes back he has to do something so Liz gives me my stuff in. 

 " You do know it might take abit of time to repair your window and house?" She asks abit worried that I wouldn't be comfortable here.

 " Thats totally ok, I was debating to sell the cottage and move in with you guys if thats ok?" I watch her expression and Liz hugs me squealing really happy . 

 " I'll tell Crystal and Leon so the can make this room your actual room." She runs out as quick as she can with a huge stomach. I then hear Sid pipe up in the pack link . 

 " Don't run Liz fast walk ,if you run you could hurt your-self and the little one."  Crystal pipes up giggling. 

 "  You're just as bad as Leon ,Sid lay off we both know not to injure ourselves. Unlike me Liz isnt a klutz."  Her voice was teasing and lighthearted. 

 " Yes I agree you're as bad my brother , Sid."  Liz jabs at her husband. 

 " Stop all of you .Girls no running both of you."  Leon sighs barley holding in a laugh  himself at the friendly banter.

 " All of you are crazy ."  I join in the fun. 

 " She speaks!!!"  Sid exclaims and we all burst out laughing as I hear Arlo snickering in the background. As the banter dies down we all drift off to sleep . The next morning  I climb down the stairs in my pjs( a tank top and pj pants) .  My head was slightly sore which I take of with abit of pain medicine . 

 " Morning Zoey ." Leon says between yawns. He stretches and runs runs his hand through his already messy hair. 

 " Morning Leon.... I mean Alpha Leon. " I blush at forgetting to say Alpha. I watch him hoping I didn't offended him. I cower a little. 

 " Hehehe don't worry about the Alpha part . I actually never use it ,or require it unless I'm mad or I'm trying to scare someone.  So just call me Leon please.Just call Crystal , Crystal. " He  smiles at me and begins making breakfest for us six.  " My father and his pack have moved to the other pack home so we both half the terriorty but it makes it easier for me.It means we don't have to care for his pack as well as our small one. " He begins talking openly to me and scrambles eggs. " Morning Hun. "  I turn to see Crystal walking slowly towards us . He grabs her gently and puts her on a barstool and kisses her lovingly . I blush focusing on the eggs. 

  " You're feeling embrassed why? "  Arlo spoke through our private link a hint of amusement in his voice and fair bit of teasing. 

 " Not telling nyaa."   I reply back . " Leon the bacon. " He rushes back and works with it. Crystal was covering her face her ears turning red. I begin to giggle quietly and Crystal mock glares at me .When breakfest is served we all sit around the table minus Arlo who realized he was late and would be here any minute . When he got to the table his hair was half wet and sticking up at all angles. we both bow our heads and Leon prays for the meal.We all dig in hungry.

 After eating Leon shows us our borders lie and the one we share with Leon's dad . Also he tells me how we are allowed to go there. As we head back we shift and brush against other and bumping into each other .Arlo nuzzles me and keeps pace with  me ad we run towards home . I hadn't run as a wolf for over six months it had been the last time I thought I'd ever use it. I had been caught and would've starved if some kind strangers hadn't helped they had fed me scraps and brushed my fur as I recuperated.I hated to admit it but I was a pet for abit .Arlo noticed I had slowed down and slows down himself . I shake my fur scattering water droplets and stare up at the moon it was new moon so only the rim was showing. Arlo nibbled on my fur . I whine gently at him and nuzzle my face into his fur. The rest  of the pack had stopped and I saw Leon licking Crystal her fur was making her bigger. Sid nuzzled Liz and was licking a sore spot on her shoulder . 

 " You ok ?" Arlo asks in wolf he sits down in front of me . I nod and shake again as the rain begins to fall harder.  I then dart away laughing and we chase each other for the evening tumbling when were caught/ When we got back we were all drenched buy happy. Us girls head to our rooms and we all change into soft warm clothing and relax in Crystal room talking about girl stuff. The boys were having a water and got even more drenched. After an hour they go change as well. They work on papers.

 " Girls I have some news you might want come to my office to hear. "  Leon calls us through the pack link. We all head down and in to his office behind Crystal. " Well the most of you know who we reference here except maybe Zoey . The conseul of  7 are going to make an appearance in the next week we are going to have to prepare for them. 

 " Oh great that means she's coming." Crystal growls . " Please tell me she's not going to make an appearance Leon." I begin growling as well to see her mad . I had already turned in to the pack mood which surprised me . 

 " Yes she is going to come this time she totally going to be showing off that she's now pregnant too. Ero is promising me he will keep her in check." Leon rubs his temples looking at his cellphone again as they had messaged him via a group chat . 

 " Ero is going to be best to keep her in check but Lupin will be the deciding factor and Ceo. " Crystal nods . 

 " Are they bringing the kiddos " Liz pipes up excitedly .She jumps on Sid who catches her easily .

 " Yeah me too I really want to see the triplets." Crystal hugs herself . Leon chuckles .

 " Wait .. who is the Counsel of 7 and..I'm really confused now." I look around at all of them abit scared. Arlo hugs me from behind soothing me by petting my waist . Which actually makes me blush abit . 

 " The counsel of & are the Leaders of the of all the packs in the terroity of about 3 provinces . All of them are very nice except for the Beta female she is very picky who she likes . She dislikes our pack . But her mate Ero will keep her under control."Sid explains and tickles Liz and she swats him. Leon hugs his sister and she tickles him and the tickle fight begins. After the play dies down we all head to bed.
