"ima buy a rose, a dozen roses.. fly her on a one day trip to paris.."

I pause the song.

Me: Exhibit A, they're liars. They've done no such thing.

Cina giggles while shaking her head.

Cina: Maybe the honeymoon will be in Paris!
Me: I hope not, too cliché.
Cina: No my honeymoon in Hawaii was cliché.
Me: Sorry I didn't remember you.

She smiles sadly.

Cina: I was more worried about you. When he said you had amnesia I didn't know how to feel, then when I seen you without Monsta-x I was really confused!

I cringe, that was a very very dark vacation.

Me: Vacations aren't our strong suit.
Cina: Next year Yeosang, Seonghwa and I are planning a getaway. You know what would be fun?

I see a mischievous twinkle in her eye.

kihyun's point of view

Seonghwa and Yeosang stares at us with unreadable expressions. Seonghwa has made his disdain for us very clear but I can't quite figure out if Yeosang likes or hate us.

Shownu: Being that Santana was close to you guys in college we thought it'd be very important that you're there at the wedding.
Seonghwa: How considerate.

Everything he says oozes with sarcasm.

Yeosang: Of course we'll come, we love Santana.

I smile.

Yeosang: You seven, not so much.

I frown, Changkyun scoffs and I stomp down on his foot to stop whatever he's going to say.

Seonghwa: Did she say yes?
Me: Technically we haven't asked.
Yeosang: Your planning a wedding and the bride hasn't even accepted yet?
Minhyuk: She's going to.
Seonghwa: And if she doesn't?
Minhyuk: She's going to.

Oh my God.

Jooheon: Hyungwon and I gave her our engagement rings but we didn't pop the question technically.
Yeosang: So what did you do?
Hyungwon: We told her to wait until the moment is right.

He blinks.

Seonghwa: Well I surely hope the rest of you have a game plan.
Me: I was going to bake her a cupcake and put the ring in there.

They blink unamused, tough crowd.

Yeosang: Have you seen Santana eat a cupcake? She'll swallow that ring whole. You're a decent singer, sing a meaningful song while proposing.

Did he just call me a decent singer? Does he not know who I am?

Wonho: Santana's father and mother passed away a while ago so she doesn't have anyone to walk her down the aisle. Would one of you do the honors?

They exchange glances before smiling.

Seonghwa: Actually, we have an idea.

My eyebrows furrow together as a boy with short brown hair walks in.

Boy: Monsta-x, well well well. Sannie number two sure does know how to pick them.
