The brightest and cleverest minds came to Watoga to forge a vision of rebuilding from the old world to create a paradise for many people to thrive under its technical advances, as my time machine crackled under the red sun I was able to teleport behind an Old Chinese Noodle eatery now selling appliances called Mr Handy, I stepped out of the door smoking and wrecked as I revised the area for any suspects and voices, true enough nobody cared so I covered my machine with a rag and some rubbish and went out dressed in the clothes people wore in the present.

Instead of the smells of rotten flesh and nuclear waste it smelt of donuts and perfume the warmth of the buildings catches your face as I stare at the population in the city. But I soon was stopped by a young bowler man with a trench coat asking me of Vault Tec.  "Ain't you Dr Smith?" He asked looking at my coats and glasses, I brushed him saying that I was and I was shopping for food "why don't you have lunch with me I am eager to learn your work!" He hesitated pushing me towards the cue in line for the Donut place soon I was having coffee and food with a Vault Tec Rep.

"How's the Chinese?" I mentioned while closely watching him work on his pipboy, "The Wars looming closer here to America there's been a call from the Enclave to act now before they try anything stupid" He said messaging his boss. I start realising a fault in the time, as I overshoot my destination by 3 days before the bombs dropped, as the Vault Tec Rep finishes his meal he asked me a question "Aren't you supposed to be down Vault 89 Finishing the isolation pods?" He said looking at me notably "I came here looking for parts" I said he mentioned "Well whatever happens your work is an honor and you have a place in Vault 76" as he boarded the bus.
