Before I start I should say the Writer Games were originally created by @GhostOfHearts so everything that I didn't come up with was his idea, so a round of applause to him.

Next thing- if anyone attempts to host a capital writer games without my permission- PREPARE TO FEEL MY RATH, which let me tell you is not fun.

Now since there are no districts, I will give you a list of who you can choose to create.

The genders I choose are permanent because we need to have a even number of boys and girls, so deal with it.

You can create 2 characters, a boy and girl. No creating 2 girls. You can create 2 boys because the male spots always take FOREVER to fill.

This is a first come first serve situation so no whining.

Keep in mind when your making your characters, these are capital citizens and most have has life handed to them on a silver plate.

They probably aren't going to have normal colored hair ether - except for the avoxes and Coins daughter.

And make sure in your description that they at least slightly resemble their realitive

Example of what not to do; Cinna's younger sister had flowing blond hair and blue eyes.

Make them as weird as you like, I am not the type of person who gets crazed if you decide you want to kill people with a toaster.

PS IF YOUR CHOSEN RELATIVE HAS NO KNOWEN SURNAME, GUESS WHAT?
