"Hello tributes" Sky's voice echoes through the arena, successfully waking me up "Today we have two surprises for you. Firstly, Amalthea Coin is back. And secondly, you are going to team up and work together to race to get to the only shelter remaining in the arena. Only one team will get it and only one team will survive the storm. You are not allowed to kill anyone on your team. The teams are as follows. Team one: Kasia, Xaveren, Julius, Lullie and Spitha. Team two: Augustus, Rarity, Zonia, Torao and Amalthea. Have fun!" Hey! Wait! What!?

Give me a second to process this. The Capitol Arena has been destroyed overnight leaving just flat land. Somewhere out there is some form of shelter... and you expect me to help Augustus find it? Fat. Bloody. Chance. I'm going to kill him... Oh wait I can't. Great. Just great.

If I ever see you Sky, I will kill you! Heed my words, you will die.. "OI Tiger Man!" Someone shouts across the empty land. I push Kasia away.

"Run, find your team. After this nightmare is over we'll meet again." I watch as she slowly nods then takes off running. I have my reasons why I didn't kill her. Amalthea approaches as I watch Kasia's retreating back. Her single rucksack slung over her shoulder haphazardly.

"Who's that?" She asks suspiciously. I shrug in return. I owe her nothing "Shame she's going to die, didn't you hear what Sky said? Only one team will survive and she certainly isn't on our team" I turn away from her... Well this is going to be fun with both her and Rarity on my team.

"We just need that Augustus and Zonia now" A voice says behind us. We spin around at the same time to see Rarity, in all her pale glory. Her long (And I mean Long) white hair whipped around her head in the wind. "That green haired git can't be too hard to spot and neither can her red hair. I say we walk in a random direction."

"Who says you're in charge?" Amalthea asks with her hand on her hip.

Rarity smirks "I do!" I roll my eyes... Girls can be so domineering.

"Well I don't!" Amalthea glares at Rarity. Sigh, girls will be girls I guess but there is no way I have to deal with these two alone. I need to find Augustus at least then I can make him suffer. I walk off leaving the two squabbling girls.

Rarity was the first one to notice "Oi Tiger Man" Why Oh why does that seem like a popular nickname, maybe I should just change my name to it. "Where do you think you are going?"

"Away from you" I reply with a little wave over my shoulder.

"But we're a team..." You can tell from Amalthea's tone that she was pouting.

"Then act like one" I tell them as they rush to catch up with me "Right we need to find Zonia and Augustus. Preferably Augustus first but either one is fine. Keep your eye peeled and noses open. Augustus smells like a dog."

Amalthea mumbled something like "And you don't?" But I ignored her. If we are to work as a team I think I might have to do a lot of ignoring. I can only hope that I find Augustus soon 'cause these girls are enough to drive any male mad. Where can that green haired jerk be?

We end up walking for about an hour... and yes there were several points during that hour in which I wanted to kill myself. I should get an award for perseverance, right? Anyway, it took us an hour to find the slimy git named Augustus. With Rarity being Rarity, she decided to start bossing us around again. Augustus shoots me a helpless look but I just shrug and grab his arm. I drag him in the opposite direction to the way Rarity was demanding we go. "Just go with it" I growl at the guy "It's the best way I found that shuts them up"

I have to hand it to him as he nods in agreement. "We just need that Zonia now" Amalthea calls out to us "I'm certain she'll be in the other direction"
