Personality: He is easily angered, and has a temper. He will strangle when angered, and it takes a long time to calm him down. He has a soft side for Charleen, his crush. He grew up alone, because Seneca Crane, his father died when he was younger causing him to think of only caring for himself, let nobody get in his way, and trust no one.
Strength: He is good at observing, and he is very intimidating so others will be scared of him.
Weakness: Seeing someone he loves dying, like how he was in grief when Seneca died.
Crush: Another Gamemaker, Charleen.
Job: An ex Gamemaker. He used to be a regular gamemaker for the Capitol, but then he made a mistake in one of the games. His punishment was not death, but he was fired from his job and then was reaped into the games.
