Two months later
So today me and Jessica were starting our volunteering at the boardwalk.
Surprisingly,we got along really well.
We were both supposed to report to the lifeguard station I was already getting ready to change into my into my shorts of course I was going shirtless. Jessica had gone to change about a while ago so I decided to go to the stand where we were assigned.
While waiting I went on my phone texting a couple friends.Then out of no where someone yelled "boo!" I turned to see Jessica in short shorts and a pink bikini bra.
She looked sexy and ready to go.
"Wow you look great" I said.
"Ohh thanks" she replied,blushing.
We had been sitting there for about an hour talking when a guy about our age came up to us. He had blond hair and ocean blue eyes he was as tall as Jessica.
"Hey I'm Nick".
"Hi I'm Jessica" she responded, smiling brightly.
After that they started talking about the beach.He was flirting with her too.
It had been about forty minutes since they had started chatting.I felt angry and upset he was speaking to her,for some reason.
After he asked to borrow her phone (I'm pretty sure he had put his number in her phone) he ran off somewhere.
"I'm sorry Nathan" She looked at me.
"Yeah sure" I said still angry.
After I said that I stormed off leaving her alone.I dont know why I was acting like such a dick to her.What if...I was catching feelings for her?
No,I mean it's too soon.
I just met her not so long ago,how does that even happen?
I stomped my way into the arcade to get my mind off everything.
Why was I even in there?
I'm almost seventeen and I'm in an arcade.
Ehhh,at least I'm not punching anyone.
