the feeling of just simply laying there next to ashton is a feeling i can't explain. it's just something that makes you forget anything and everything bad in the world. but there was only one thing running through my mind, the fact that he was leaving for tour in a week, the fact that he wouldn't be here with me.
it was 8:00 am and i had woken up before ashton, the usual thing that happened. so i decided to be the nicest person i can be to ashton this week because of him leaving, so I'm going to be making him breakfast.
I got up out of ashton's arms and grabbed one of his tshirts and I grabbed a pair of my shorts and slipped them on.
i ran downstairs and walked into our freshly cleaned kitchen. i went searching for the bread and vegemite. after searching for a couple of minutes i found the brand new loaf of bread and I popped two slices into our toaster and got a butter knife and opened the vegemite. I grabbed the toast from the toaster and spread ashton's favorite topping on it. i placed it to the side and started cooking some eggs and pancakes.
after about 15 minutes of waiting for the food to finish, it finally did. i set the kitchen table for both of us. i even lit one of his favorite candles and put it on the kitchen counter.
i heard footsteps coming down the staircase and i knew it was ashton so I ran over to him.
"good morning beautiful"
"good morning ash"
i giggled and pulled him over to the kitchen table where i had our small but perfect breakfast set up.
"did you do this? for me?"
"yes i did"
he walked over to me and put his hands on my hips and bent down to kiss me. i immediately kissed him back. that kiss lasted a good 10-15 seconds.
after that we just sat and ate in silence. not an awkward silence but a comfortable silence, just embracing the fact that we were sitting with each other.

the fact that she spent so much time just making me a simple meal just to make me happy is the sweetest thing ever. i am going to miss her so much on tour.
"hey i have to meet up with the boys today for practice if you want to come"
"okay sure what time?"
"like 30 minutes"
"ash!"
she smacked my arm playfully. i giggled and tickled her in return.
that went on for about 10 minutes.
"okay well let's get ready so we aren't late"
we went upstairs and changed into actual clothing. me wearing obviously my black skinny jeans and a ripped blink-182 shirt and my converse. carina was wearing this beautiful blue shirt with some black leggings and converse.
"you look good today"
"not so bad yourself ash"
we left and met up at luke's house.

we arrived at luke's house exactly at that 30 minute mark. we walked inside and Ashton held my hand as we walked to his basement to meet the other boys.
they played about 10 songs and started writing a couple new ones and this lasted all day. they barely started wrapping up at 9:00 pm.
"ashton I'm getting tired"
"okay babe just 5 more minutes okay?"
"okay"
he was correct. 5 minutes later we were walking out to the car, when it started raining on us. he held my hand and we ran to the car. we immediately started driving home as i started to doze off to sleep.
by the time we were home i was asleep, so ashton woke me up just enough to tell me we were home. and before I could even get up to walk inside he had picked me up and carried me bridal style, kissing my forehead every once in a while as he carried me to our bedroom.
