Two Weeks Later

Shadow P.O.V

We all took turns in visiting our unconscious comrade. Arcee was the most affected. We all knew she loved Jazz very much and he was the love of her life, but still had a spot in her spark for her partner in crime. Optimus felt my worry through our bond. He placed and arm around my shoulder and held me close.

Optimus: "Don't worry Shadow. He'll be fine."

Shadow: "I really hope so. I'd hate to imagine what Arcee would have to go through if he didn't make it."

Optimus: "Stop thinking about it you must keep a positive mind."

General Narration

Arcee's optics leaked a few small energon tears as she held Cliff's servo.

Arcee: "Hey Cliff. How ya holding up."

Arcee closed her optics shut. She knew she wouldn't get an answer, but still remained there.

Arcee: "I'm so sorry Cliff. We abandoned you. We're all sorry."

Arcee began to cry even more. More tears falling from her optics.

Arcee P.O.V

I cried even more. I felt terrible. We had abandoned my partner. I abandoned my partner. Jazz felt everything through our bond.

Jazz: "Arcee it's OK. He'll be OK. It wasn't just your fault."

Arcee: "I know, but it keeps repeating in my processer."

Jazz: "Block them out. We all share the same guilt. Optimus feels it even more."

Arcee: "He always blames himself. Even for things he knows he isn't responsible for."

Jazz: "That is kinda what makes him a good leader."

Arcee: "Yeah."

General Narration

The bond conversation was over as Arcee looked back at Cliffjumper and frowned. She wished so badly that he would move and be the chatterbox he always was. She thought for a moment

Arcee: "Yeah I'm crying. I know what you would say...."

She sniffed not being able to continue. More tears threatening her eyes. She lost hope of hearing his voice

???: "Always......Stay......Strong."
