It's Not Your Fault.....Because I Said So

Shadow banged her clenched fists on Optimus chest plate. Optimus grabbed her wrists as he tried to calm her down.

Optimus: "Shadow, please calm down."

Knockout: "Shadow, listen to him."

Knockout tried to help the Prime, but he too got agitated.

Optimus: "ROSE!!"

That had gotten not only Shadow's, but Rosemary's and Orion's attention as they all looked at Optimus.

Optimus: "Stop. That. Is. Enough. This isn't your fault. Do. You. Understand?"

Optimus said sternly, looking straight into Shadow's optics as small tears began to fall from his optics as well.

Optimus: "Don't you ever say that. War Path did this out of love. His love for you as a brother. He told me that since you become his sister, there wouldn't be a thing he wouldn't do for you."

Shadow was shocked.

Shadow: "He did."

Optimus: "Yes and do you know what would happen to him if you were in his state now?"

???: "He.....would be.......unable...... to.......forgive......himself."

Shadow, Optimus, Rosemary, Orion, and Knockout all looked over to see none other than War Path, waking up. Shadow's optics blinked with such relief.

Shadow: "War Path!? RATCHET WAR PATH'S AWAKE! HE'S OK!"

Shadow yelled out to Ratchet, alerting all the Autobots as well. They all came in as they all sighed in relief.
