Chapter 5

Finally it's the weekend, I look at the time on my phone and it's 10:43, wow I had a long lay in. I get up out of my bed and put on a pair of light blue jeans and plain white T-shirt. I decide to skip breakfast as it was now 11:19, so I had and early lunch. I made my self peanut butter and jelly sandwich, along with my sandwich I made my self a mini salad and grabbed a Dr Pepper. After my lunch I got a text from Yammy, it said
"Lizzie come to my house I have urgent news"
I text back
"Ok, On my way!"
I say to Maddie
"I'm going to Yammy's tell mum"
"Ok I will"
I put on a black leather jacket and set off. On the way to Yammy's house I see Laura on the other side of the road on her own, she just gave me a death glare and kept on walking, what was that about. I arrive at Yammy's house and ring the door bell, she opens the door and said
"Hi, come in"
Like she was in a rush
Lizzie: what are you rushing about.
Yammy: so you know Kyle
Lizzie: yeah and how you have liked him since the start of the school year
Yammy: well we was talking for the past few days and I think we became friends
Lizzie:go on
Yammy: he asked me out on a date
Lizzie: Doesn't he have a girlfriend
Yammy: not anymore, apparently they broke up yesterday, I so excited to go on a date with him
She was jumping up and down
Lizzie: I can tell, when is you date
Yammy: tomorrow night, I don't know where we are going yet, he said it's a surprise
Lizzie: Girl you need to get prepared
Yammy: i'm so excited
Lizzie: you have said that already
Yammy: you need to help me
Lizzie: Ok I'll come round your house tomorrow at 9am and help you
Yammy: have you been on a date yet
Lizzie: no, but I can still help you, I have helped other people before
Yammy: who
Lizzie: some of Maddies friends now I'm gonna go now, bye
Yammy: bye
Wow I can't believe my friend got asked out on a date by Kyle, I wish I could be asked out on a date by Joel but it won't happen :(
Skip to the next day cause I don't know what to write
Today is the day, The day I help my bff go on a date. I get up out of bed, get dressed, eat breakfast and head of to Yammy's house.
I have arrived at Yammy's house, I knock on the door and she greets me and invites me inside.
