Ariana's P.O.V
"Ariana! Get dressed!" My mother yelled from the kitchen.
"Ugh..." I groaned.
"It's your first day of high school, you need to make a good impression." My mother replied.
I moved to Sydney, Australia from America around a month ago. As you see when I grew up, I was homeschooled. I didn't know what was a real high school like. I could only imagine one. I thought high school was a good place that nobody would fight or swear but I am not really sure about that.
"Good morning, Frankie." I said as I walked into the kitchen.
"Good morning Ari, you ready for your first day of high school?" He asked.
"Yeah.. I think so?" I said unsurely.
"Don't worry kiddo, you'll be fine." He
reassured me.
"Yeah." I reassured myself, putting on a fake smile.
My older brother, Frankie was a university graduate. He will not be with me in high school. I didn't want him there though cause he will be protecting me like some dad who doesn't want her daughter to date boys. I can fight for my own self, thank you very much.
"ARIANA GRANDE!" My mother yelled from the porch making me
snap out of my thoughts.
Looking at the clock on the kitchen wall, I quickly put my plate in the sink and started walking towards the door.
"Good luck." Frankie wished me.
"Bye, Frankie!" I said.
"Bye kiddo!" He replied as I walked out of the house.
I closed the door behind me as my mother started to drive me to my school.
As we reached in front of my school my mother started to tear up.
"Mom, please don't cry." I chuckled.
"Oh, shut up!" My mom said.
"Okay, bye mom!" I said.
"Bye, princess!" My mom said.
All I was thinking is that what could go wrong on my first day.
