“ man, that was scary ” Yena stretched her arms. “ yeah. never knew teacher Park went through that and i guessed the story and the ghost is confirmed? ” Chaeyeon turned to Sakura.

The older girl scoffed, “ I'm not going to be convinced until i meet this ghost ” she told as she walked straight into the canteen as Hyewon already dashed way before them.

Chaeyeon and Yena looked at each other and shook their head as they follow Sakura. Chaeyeon walked to their shared table while Yena went to take their foods.

“ wow, you're really fast Hyewon ” she commented as the older girl wriggled her eyebrows. Nako and Hitomi were staring out into the open space. Yujin and Wonyoung had their body slumped on the table and stared at whatever they could.

Minju came in and raised her eyebrows when she saw the state that the other maknaes are in. Chaeyeon shrugged her shoulder while Hyewon continued munching on her bread.

So she decided to ask them herself, “ what's up with you guys? ” Yujin huffed the air from her mouth, Wonyoung slumped her head, Hitomi muttering words that she couldn't make off and Nako, still staring at the open space.

“ it's so boring without Eunbi unnie and Chaewon unnie ” Wonyoung commented as the other agreed. “ Eunbi unnie went to a debate competition and Chaewon unnie is still not done with her training. Can't we do something fun? ” Yujin followed Wonyoung's action. Yena came up with her and Chaeyeon's food.

Then, cheers started inside the once-quiet canteen. Two girls walked through the hallway, gaining immense attentions. The maknae line lit up as they saw the person in front especially Minju.

Her dimpled were showing. “ Unnie! ” she called over as Chaewon made her way through. “ look at you. already popular just because of taekwondo ” Chaeyeon playfully nudge the girl. A certain hamster was also gaining attention.

“ Yuri! ” Yena hugged the younger girl as Nako hold them from falling. Falling in love— no pun intended. The girls all sat down and chatted about what they had been doing.

“ seriously? teacher Park used to schooled here? ” Nako and Hitomi asked, eyes widened. Sakura nodded frantically although she is still not convinced.

School ended and Sakura was on her way back home alone since Eunbi didn't come today. Usually, she'll walk with the oldest girl but she's not here so no luck for her.

But she noticed how the air became chilly despite it only 2 in the evening and it's not even winter nor Fall. “ hey ” she heard someone called out. Sakura looked here and there but there was no one.

She scoffed, thinking someone must be doing a prank on her so she decided not to think much. “ hey ” but there it is again. The voice is so soft but loud enough that it made it so hard for Sakura to ignore. She decided not to think much and hurriedly walk home.

“ dad, do you know the senior that died at my school 20 years ago? you still a student at that time, right? ” Hyewon asked as she sat next to her father. “ yeah, there was one senior that was thought to have been killed. it was brutal when i saw the body ” her father answered as he raised an eyebrow, “ why did you ask, sweetie? ” Hyewon shook her head.

“ nothing. do you remembered his name? ” her father thought for a second before shaking his head. “ all i remember is that he was half korean and half Aussie ” Hyewon nodded and thanked her father for the information before grabbing her phone.

Chaewon bursted the door open as she canoned ball onto Sakura's bed making it slightly bounced. “ okay, spill it ” Chaewon demanded. Sakura looked at her with a questioning look.

“ cmon, i know what you did. i thought you don't believe anything about ghost ” Sakura shook her head as she clicked her tongue. “ i don't. I'm not convinced until i see that ghost with my own eyes ” Sakura said sternly.

Chaewon leaned closer, “ why don't we go to school early tomorrow. I heard Wooseok said that the ghost only appear between dawn and early in the morning ” Chaewon suggested with a smile but Sakura shook her head rapidly.

“ aw cmon! I have taekwondo training early in the morning so pwease? ” Chaewon plead cutely Which Sakura just scoffed at but agreed.

Chaewon planted kisses all over the oldest face before skipping out of the room. Sakura went back to her phone but something else was on her mind.
