“ okay, so if I'm gonna get some first hand clues about your killer, I'll need to ask you some questions ” Sakura crossed her arms.

It had been a daily thing for Sakura and Chaewon to come to school early just to talk to Song. Chaewon had the recording on, trying to help any way possible. “ okay, go ahead ” Song chuckled at the two sister's behavior.

“ okay, do you remember anything that happened before the moment you were killed? ” Song tilted his head, trying to remember but only a voice came out in his memories.

“ not really. all i remember is that I was playing the piano when someone barged into the room. other than that, nope ” Sakura nodded her head and Chaewon listened to the recording.

“ well, you said you've been a ghost for 20 years now. have you ever encountered anyone that sounded or seemed similar in this school? ” Song thought for a second.

“ the janitor is really familiar to me and also,,, there's someone else but i can't remember ” Sakura and Chaewon was intrigued. “ the janitor? you mean that creepy ass janitor? ” Chaewon questioned and Sakura just nodded.

“ well, just want to tell you. this Tuesday marked the day i was killed so happy dead day to me! ” Song clapped sarcastically.

“ oh wait, so you died on 24th Mei? ” Sakura asked again and Song just confirmed it with a nod.

“ anything else? like, is there anything else you remembered that had happened on that day? ” Chaewon asked this time.

“ if I'm correct, there was a piano competition on that day. i guessed i was supposed to compete but i got killed so i didn't ” Sakura told Chaewon what he said.

“ our school never participated in a piano competition before,,, ” Sakura shook her head. “ was the person who barged into the room a boy? or a girl? ” Song hissed at the question.

“ i think it was a girl at first and then a boy came in ” Sakura nodded once again at the information.

“ well, at least we have a lead right now. you seemed to know the janitor so we have to watch out for him. and we have to check or ask Ms. Bae about the piano competition 20 years ago ” Sakura smiled and Chaewon agreed.

“ wah, you're actually going to do this ” Song was amazed. “ I'll ask Ms. Bae about this ” Chaewon told as she placed her phone in her bag.

“ are you seriously going to help him find his killer? Kkura, this could be dangerous. we absolutely cant believe that ghost ” Hyewon said in a stern voice. “ he had been roaming about 20 years and i never heard any students go missing near the piano.

well, i certainly didn't. what do he got to lie about? ” Sakura replied as she looked through the yearly magazine from 20 years ago. Hyewon just formed a thin line on her lip as she turned over to Chaeyeon and Yena.

“ Sakura, Sir Yoon is searching for you ” Hoshi peeked into the classroom to call her. Sakura gestured that she'll be right back to the other girls. Hoshi pointed at the end of the corridor where Sir Yoon and that creepy ass janitor was talking at each other. Sakura gulped and walked towards them.

“ Sir, did you call me? ” Sakura asked, trying to keep a calm composer when the janitor squinted his eyes on her. “ ahh, Sakura. You know that the fourth corridor is prohibited from going in right? the janitor said that he saw you going into the fourth corridor ” Sakura was sweating.

“ ah, sorry Sir. I was stressed so i just ran around the school without looking where i was going. i didn't mean to. I'm sorry ” Sakura bowed as she apologized. She could feel the janitor's gaze trying to pierce through her but she won't lose that easily.

“ is that so? next time, don't do that. it could be troublesome for you if you were caught by the teachers. it's a good thing the janitor reported to me and not to teacher Ri ” Sakura bowed as she thanked the janitor for his kindness.

“ I'm sorry, i won't do it again. oh, Sir Yoon, can i talk to the janitor about something? if you don't mind sir ” Sakura requested and Sir Yoon just smiled. “ then I'll leave you two ” he excused himself.

Sakura turned to the janitor as she smiled, “ do you mind if i ask some questions? ” she asked politely, still keeping the smile. The janitor nodded, eyes still piercing her. “ how long have you been working as the janitor at this school? ”

“ 24 years ” he simply answered with his cracking voice. Sakura nodded before continuing, “ do you remember a particular student who played the piano in the storage room? he was a third year ” the janitor had his eyes widened before kinda glaring at Sakura making her sweat in nervousness.

“ yes and i don't like him. when he play the piano, it was very loud that it disturb me. at that time, i wish i could shut him up so he would stop playing ” Sakura was a bit shocked at the reply.

“ then do you remember the accident that happened to him 20 years ago? ” Sakura finally shot that answer. “ of course i do. i was the one that found his body in that piano.

it stinks and smelled so rotten that i almost threw up when i found him. the kid really got himself in a tight spot cause until now, no one found out ” the janitor told as he voice cracked, probably because of his dry throat.

Sakura tilted her head a bit, “ a tight spot? you mean? ” the janitor shook his head as he turned around but stopped. “ i don't know why you asked, girl but all i know is you should not get yourself involves. you're gonna regret it ” the janitor walked off into the distance.

“ wow, now i don't think it's him ” Sakura placed her hands on her waist as she tried to figure out what the janitor just said.

“ Sakura? ” the girl heard someone called out. It was teacher Park. “ what are you doing here? ” he asked with a smile. “ oh, i was,,, ” Sakura looked over to her right and saw how the janitor glared at her.

“ i was taking a quick walk. my back has been hurting so Sir Yoon told me to take a quick walk and go back to class. I'll get going teacher ” Sakura lied before she walked away.

Teacher Park watched as Sakura walked away and looked at the janitor before he also walked away.
