So the title and author's summary of this fanfic caught my eye, especially the summary.
The author's summary:
"In the Cloud Recesses is a building tucked away up a winding mountain path. Hanguang-Jun walkds down from the path every morning and walks back up the path every evening.
Or: Lan WangJi takes Wei WuXian back to The Cloud Recesses and hides him away."
So the summary caught my eye because it made me remeber this meme I saw on Instagram. I can't find it yet but the meme goes like this. It's LWJ's birthday and he he asks WWX to go back to Cloud Recesses with him and he says no and so LWJ has a sad face. LXC witnesses all this and he wants LWJ to be happy so he literally kidnaps WWX in a bag and gifts it to LWJ who cherishes him and is all smily while (I think, form memory) WWX is whining/crying on the bed while LWJ sits beside him. Then back in Lotus Pier, Jiang Yanli asks Jiang Cheng where WWX is and he says something (which I forgot).
There are bits of current (so where WWX is now Lan Ying living in Cloud Recesses, with bits of scenarios with Lan Yuan and Lan JingYi. It isn't all straight forward. It skips from current to past (where the Wen Remnants escaped Burial Mounds and LWJ carrying injured WWX flew to Cloud Recesses with Wen Qing and A-Yuan). I like the past bits more, if I were to be honest.

That dumbass of a cultivator stabbed WWX instead of JYL here. And Jin Ling finally meets Wei WuXian! Now known as Lan Ying to the world (I guess? I mean, they won't even see him).
AND MO XUAN YU LIVES!
So Part 2, wasn't my cup of tea, really. I liked Part 1 better. Maybe this part series is meant to continue but I just read this as oneshots.
