Arthur had just arrived home and flopped on his bed. He unlocked his phone and giggled a bit. He hadn't said a word to Alfred the whole bus ride, which already worried him endlessly.

Captain Pirate

The Hero
Lol yee yee

Arthur sighed. He didn't know what to think. He looked around his room, wondering what else Alfred has seen. He stopped at his tiny flag and almost had a heart attack.

"Shit fuck oh no I'm still in the closet.."

The Brit quietly ran over to quickly take it down. He looked out his window to see Alfred basically hanging out of his.

The two made eye contact, causing Arthur's heart to race. He was holding the tiny gay pride flag in his hands. Alfred looked at it for a few minutes, it looked as though literal gears were turning in his head.

He suddenly jumped up excitedly, making motions to tell Arthur to stay were he was. Alfred went tore around his room looking for something. At some point it looked like he had slipped on something, causing Arthur to laugh.

Alfred finally stood back in front of the window, holding something behind his back. Arthur walked closer to his and waited for Alfred to show whatever he had found.

The American beamed as he whipped out a bisexual flagged, waving it around like the major crackhead he is. Arthur smiled widely. He knew he'd never get judgement from his new friend.

Alfred gestured to his phone and called Arthur. He answered, obviously.

"WE CAN BE QUEER BESTIES TOGETHER!"

"You saying that makes me want to sleep for three weeks."

"Okay, what about boyfriends?"

Arthur blushed.

"We just met today! And why'd we call if we can just talk in person?"

Alfred gave him a blank look before hanging up and sprinting out of his room. Arthur rolled his eyes and walked outside to meet up with him in his (Arthur's) yard.

They sat in the gazebo and asked each other questions.

"Arthur?"

"Yes?"

"This one is legitimately serious this time."

"Are you sure? So you're not going to ask if I have any kinks for the fourth time?"

"No, I promise!"

"Okay fine, what is it?"

Alfred leaned closer.

"I gotta whisper it just in case.. How and when did you figure it out?"

"When? I was in my eighth year, or seventh grade as you'd call it."

"What about the how?"

"Three words: Young David Bowie."

"DUDE SAME!"

The two continued to joke around and ask questions until someone began hollering to Alfred.

"Get back here, mom said it's time for dinner!"

"But Mattie, I'm talking to my new bestie!"

"GET IN HERE DICK LICKER!"

"YOU'RE ONE TO TALK YOU BOTTOM!"

"Alfred, how did you know you're brother is a bottom?"

"I don't wanna talk about it.."

"Alfred what the fuck."

"It was an accident I swear!"

"What the hell did you two do?!"

"DONT MAKE ME GET THE HOCKEY STICK, BRO."

"Sorry Arthur, I gotta go! I'll message you after I finish eating!"

"Okay, bye!"

He watched as Alfred ran back inside his house, trying to avoid Matthew as best he could.

Arthur walked back inside his own home, colliding into someone.

He looked up to see his "father". He could tell that he had been drinking again.

"Who the fuck were ye talkin to boy? Yer little boyfriend?"

"N-no sir.. Just a new kid from school.. Him and his family are the new neighbors."

"Aye, well just stay away from any fags ye see. Disgusting creatures they are. Don't wanna have to punish you again for it."

Arthur thought back to the last time he tried to hang out with someone who wasn't straight. His father had a raging fit and hurt him severely for it.

"Y-yes sir.. I'll be up in my room.."
