III. Clover Leaf

Grey's POV

Damn! It's really hot!!!

I'm currently at the school to process my enrollment. Since the last day of enrollment will be tomorrow, a lot of people are here to register.

The line is very long. I'm currently outside the Admin Building, waiting for my turn to get the enrollment form. I'm planning to take up Architecture. I've always admired my father who is a renowned Architect.

After 30 mins of waiting, I finally got the form. Naghahanap ako ng mauupuan. It's really crowded in here. Then a girl on the leftmost corner of the ro.caught my attention. She's wearing a plain shirt and jeans. She's not wearing a heavy make up but she's pretty. She's too focused on filling out the form. I sat beside her.

I'm about to fill out my enrollment form. FCK! I didn't bring any pen.

I looked at the girl beside me and tried to catch her attention.

"Miss, excuse me. Do you have an extra pen?", I asked her

Tumunghay siya. She's prettier up close.

"Hey, miss?", I asked her while snapping my fingers. Even though I enjoy looking at her, I need to hurry up kasi hapon na.

Medyo nagpanic siya sa pagkuha ng ballpen.Pagkaabot nya ng pen, nag thank you ako and smiled at her.

After a few minutes, someone from the admin announced that we only have 30 mins to enroll.

Nagpanic yung girl na katabi ko and dali-daling nag ayos ng gamit to go to the next building.

"Hey, Miss! Your pen!", sigaw na tawag ko sa kanya.

"Sa'yo na yan!", pahabol nyang sigaw.

Tatayo na sana ako nang mapansin kong there's something shining sa aking paanan.

I picked it up. It's a necklace with a clover leaf pendant.

I smiled. Talk about luck, huh?

Shanaia's POV

"Raf...", mahina kong sambit na ikinagulat naman ng nasa harap ko.

"Uhm do I know you, Miss?", nagtataka niyang tanong.

Hindi ako nakasagot. Nakalimutan na nya ako? Ambilis naman ata. Pero yung mga sulat ko...

"Anyway, sorry ulit miss. But I gotta go.", agad siyang umalis

Napako lang ako sa kinatatayuan ko. Naiiyak ako. Hindi ko alam kung anong mararamdaman ko. Magtatampo ba ako, magagalit. Kasi sa kabila ng lahat di ko siya nakalimutan. Pero bakit siya...? Isa lang ang sigurado ko. Masakit.

I guess I'm not thay remarkable to begin with.

Raf's POV

That girl from the cafeteria. She looks like someone I know. Pero imposible. Ang alam ko nasa probinsya pa rin siya.

"Hey. Earth to Raf!!! Natutulala ka na naman ", said Cheska. My girlfriend.

"No. Wala to. May naisip lang ako."

Di ko maiwasang bumalik yung alaala.

2 years ago...

Nakatira pa ako noom sa Brgy. San Crispin. Nag aaral ako sa high school sa may bayan. Nasa 3rd year high school na ako noon. Kahit madalas akong tahimik, madami pa din akong kaibigan..Isa na dun si Shanaia. Aside from being a friend, kakompetensya ko din siya especially when it comes to academics. Balita ko siya yung Valedictorian nung grumaduate sila.

She's very pretty ever since. Maraming lalaki yung sumubok na ligawan siya pero walang nagtagumpay. Ewan ko ba dun, pag tinatanong ko siya before, either tatawa lang siya or ililihis nya ang usapan.

Until I found out the reason why she doesn't date other guys. Ako pala. Ako pala ang rason. Nung umamin siya sa akin sa pamamagitan ng isang lumang music box at sulat, halos kumawala ang puso ko sa sobrang lakas ng kabog.

Iba yung saya ko nun. Hindi ko maitatanggi na gusto ko din siya. Napakabait nya. She's very bubbly. She's like a sunshine to everyone at the school. Hindi siya mahirap magustuhan.

Kaso nung panahong aamin na din ako sa kanya at liligawan ko na sana siya,biglang nag iba ng place of assignment ang papa ko. Isa siyang doktor. Kinakailangan siya para magmanage ng isa sa malalaking ospital sa Maynila. That's why in the middle of 3rd year high school, lumipat ako ng school.

That's one of my biggest regret in lofe- yung hindi ko nasabi ang nararamdaman ko.

Upon seeing that girl kanina, bumalik lahat ng memories. Pati yung sakit ng puso ko bumalik.

If siya talaga yun, she's become prettier.

Don't get me wrong. I love Cheska.

But there are times that I wish I could turn back time.

Maybe...

Just Maybe...

Mas makikita ko pa nang madalas ang maganda niyang ngiti.
