I came over nearer,
keeping some space
in between our quanta.
As if I tried to flee
from her whimsical seeing right through me.
Who are you, I asked.
And who do you see? -
she would always parry
and surely return
all my looping algorithms and defensive stern.
Don't trust your eyes! -
she'd then reply.
They're misleading -
they're led by a hand
of the blind men wandering in a wonderland.
Listen to your body -
as it never lies.
It's the best lover
you can possibly have.
It's your loyal partner to be loved by and to love.
Hear your emotions -
don't try to predict
their spontaneity.
You cannot foresee
wind and weather on the smoothness of the sea.
Let go of self-image
that clings to your past
or probable future.
Tear off all tags
and shed your spotted skin and luxurious rags.
Let go of the known,
comforts and zones.
But always remember -
you're never the same!
You're constantly upgrading in this amusing game.
Now I look in a mirror
anticipating to see
an intimate stranger
that lands once again
on the endless runway of my imaginary plane.
