Basically: When a song gets stuck in your head your soulmate is singing it. Possibility: your character eventually start singing it and bump into someone singing they same thing they start a conversation and maybe find out they're their soulmate?
Edit: ANOTHER IDEA B starts producing music so they can meet A
Idk but nice meeting up plot I know there are thousands of people who sing the same thing but forget that logic for now this is a roleplay UwU
