My eyes widened. Is this some kind of joke? Why the hell would Eunwoo—

"What?"

"I'm his official guard. Here's my ID." He was about to get something from his pocket.

"No need." Pressured, I stopped him quickly. "I believe you!"

The guard nodded carefully. "Follow me backstage, ma'am."

I swear, if I am being framed up by my father's rivals, I'm fucked up. Because Eunwoo being serious that I owe him unlimited water is the most impossible thing that can happen tonight.

Without voicing any answers, I walked pass the guard, making the first move towards the backstage. I just really thank the alcohol for keeping me calm. I should have ran by now from this total stranger but here I am, walking like I'm floating inside the noisy backstage again.

"Cha Eun Woo needs to use the bathroom! He has more or less, ten minutes!" The adult-looking lady shouted. "And please retouch too, for the finale!"

She's one of the crew who wears that headphones on their ears to communicate. Her strained face screamed that she's not been sleeping appropriately. But it's the least of my concern when Eunwoo appeared from the front stage and scanned the whole area full of people.

I raised my hands waving for him to notice me.

Oh, now I'm asking for this star's attention.

I almost rolled my eyes when he tilted his head up to see me clearly.

I just need to clarify if this man is his guard. That's all. If not, I'm left with no choice but to run and dive the sea of people for me to be invisible. If I'm being framed up, I'm dead. No one wants to know how dirty their world is...

Eunwoo maneuvered a sign with his hand. My forhead creased. He then looked at the guard and did it again.

How would I know what he's trying to say when he's being covered by a bunch of people? I thought he was permitted to use the bathroom?

I frustratedly followed the guard when he led me to the familiar VIP lounge and left me there.

Great, I'm back here again.

I sat on the now empty couch and a little bit sooner, the door swung open for Eunwoo. He was wearily wiping his neck with a tissue as he closed the door.

If I'm some fan, I'd definitely drool over him in that state.

"Thank goodness I'm clarified that he's your guard." I let out a sarcastic relief sigh.

He stopped near the door.

"Sorry, did he scare you?" His concern face and natural cold eyes melted me.

"Yeah, I find him suspicious a while ago." I honestly stated. "The situation just weirded me out."

"I told him to look out for you because you owe me something." My eyes immediately directed on him. Unbelievable! "So I apologize, Viel."

Viel?!

Okay. I told myself to calm down. I never really liked to be called "Viel" by someone.

I think he's gonna be an exception, huh?

"Accepted. It's cool." I bit my lips and looked away. I secretly breathed before I had the courage to actually say another word. Ask rather. "When can I buy what I owe you?"

He let out a short grin and I saw how his cold eyes danced in amusement.

My heart fluttered. Can I just forget everything?
