Chapter 15: The Good News

I wake up again, in Rye's arms. I look at my phone : it's already 1 pm! I also have a missed call from the hospital...

Whooops I didn't hear it ring! I call them back and take a transfer to the nurse who takes care of my mom.

-"Hello?"

-"Hello Dr. Wyatt! You called earlier?"

-"Yeah! Well, your mom is awake! She'll need to stay here for about a week to make sure that she's 100% alright, but it's a really good news!"

-"YESSSS! Thank you so much!" I say, happy tears rolling down my cheeks when I hung up. 

-"Baby...?" I hear, making me jump.

-"Oh Rye! Sorry I woke you up..." I apologise, cuddling with him.

-"It's alright... What's happening?"

-"My mom has woken up!"

-REALLY?!"

-"Yes! She'll stay for a little bit at the hospital, but I wanna see her today! Gosh it's been so long since I last talked to her!"

-"Of course! But hum Andy?"

-"Yeah?"

-"Where is your mom gonna stay after?"

Damn. I haven't think about it...

-"Hum... I don't know. She can't stay with my stepdad though!"

-"I know. Maybe she could stay here until we find a good solution? I've got a spare room."

-"You don't mind?" I ask him, looking up to him.

-"Of course not, Fovvie baby." he says, kissing my head, which makes my heart melt.

-"Thank you Rye-pie. You're the best!" I tell him.

He chuckles softly. How can someone be THAT perfect?!

-"Now get up! We're gonna see your mom!"

We get ready and then we reach the hospital. 

There, I see someone I didn't want to see... Ever.

-"Rye! It's him!!" I say, taking a grip on his arm.

So his mom is awake! But seems like we have little problems...
