"Hidan!" A loud voice called as pounding echoed around the silver headed man's room. "Hidan get up!" The pounding grew louder, Kakuzu growing impatient in the hallway.
"Go away!" Hidan groaned and covered his head trying to block his partner out.
"Get your ass up! We have a mission!" He waited for a few minutes listening intently. After hearing nothing, he picked the lock and barged in grabbing the covers and pulling Hidan onto the ground.
"Ah! You motherfucker!"
"I said to get your ass up. Get dressed we leave in five minutes." The masked man hissed out before leaving his partner to get dressed. Hidan pushed himself off the floor muttering a constant string of curses as he took his sweet time getting dressed. Who ever knew you could put a pair of pants on in ten minutes? Or a shirt in fifteen? An hour later, he walked out to Kakuzu chuckling to himself but it was cut off by a hit to the back of the head. "I said five minutes not an hour!"
"It takes time to look this handsome. Ain't that right stitches?" He glared at the man while fixing his hair. "What's our mission anyway?"
"One of the messengers reported finding a cave full of gold near the Hidden mist village. A few days later he went missing along with a few others and it's our job to find them."
"Of-course you would take a mission that involves money, you damn scrooge. Let's get this over with." He snatched the map from Kakuzu's hands and started walking.

"If I could kill you, I swear I would. You got us fucking LOST YOU IDIOT!"
"Oh shut up I know where we're going!"
"Then where are we Hidan?! Please enlighten me." Kakuzu glared at him.
Hidan scoffed, "we're like around the bend from the cave." He pointed to the map but the ink was smudged horribly with blood.
"You ruined the map during your last sacrifice didn't you?"
"What?! Nooo, nuh-uh.. OK, yeah I did."
"You LITTLE-" His impending rant was cut off when he spotted something in the distance. Without a word he pushed past Hidan and up to a curtain of vines. Something was sparkling from behind it and effectively squashed his anger with Hidan, for the time being. He cautiously pushed the vines too the side to reveal a large cave behind it. "I think you just got lucky Hidan. Help me move these vines out of the way." He grabbed two handfuls and pulled hard making them snap and fall to the ground at his feet. Both men snapped vine after vine until the entire entrance was clear. The tunnel stretched on until the light faded into darkness and was large enough to fit an entire village. In the very back, just before the light disappeared, something sparkled and shined, taunted the two men into discovering what it was.
Kakuzu was the first to enter, taking cautious steps towards it with Hidan right behind him. Hidan was looking for any signs of life in the cave; footprints, old fires, supplies, anything. It seemed almost too vacant, there weren't even any animal tracks on the ground. "Hey.. I don't think this is a good idea."
"Shut up!" Kakuzu hissed through clenched teeth and turned back to his target. He knelt down and pulled it out from under the dirt to find an old golden crown fit for a king. Their eyes widen in shock. The masked man lights a torch and piles and piles of gold come into view right before their eyes. "It's true. They really found a cave full of gold!" Hidan watched his partner warily whom nearly vibrated in excitement.
"OK moneybags, before you cum in your pants from excitement, think about it.. How did all of this gold get here, huh?"
"Who cares?! It's mine now!"
"LIKE HELL IT IS!" An unknown female voice called from the entrance of the cave. The men snapped towards her, ready to attack. There stood a woman dressed in a black cloak, the hood masking her face in darkness. Long tendrils of silver hair ran down her front, escaping from her hood, and the cloak opened in the front showing hints of her shorts and halter top with silk strands crossing over her stomach. "I'm only going to ask this once. Who are you and why are you in my cave?"
"Your cave?" Kakuzu scoffed. "This belongs to us now, lady. I suggest you run along before you get hurt."
"No, you are the ones that should 'run along'. This is my cave and that is my gold. I thought I made that pretty clear when your messengers came up missing for stealing from me."
"Oh enough of this shit!" Hidan charged straight for her, but she dodged his scythe easily and knocked him flat on his back with a sweep of her leg under his feet.
"Never charge first. Didn't they teach you anything?" She asked in an almost bored tone. He tried swiping at her but she dodged yet again, only to be caught off guard by a kunai barely missing her face. She gasped in surprise and jumped back, turning to Kakuzu.
"And they said never to turn your back on an opponent." Tendrils shot out from between his stitches trying to capture the girl and she barely fended them off with her claws. Out of the corner of her eye she saw Hidan rising to his feet and knew she had to end this quickly or she'd be too weak to move caves again. She took a deep breath and whispered an incantation under her breath. The air grew electrified with energy before shadow-like hands appeared and grabbed the two men, throwing them against the cave wall. Just before they faded into the darkness of unconsciousness, they heard her say..
"Don't underestimate the enemy."
