I am dedicating this poem to my Grandparents.They were very close to me and my family, and they mean so very much to me. This picture above is of me and my sister when we were kids with our Grandpa. I am the older Sister in the picture. I always remember Grandpa in his work clothes like he is here in this picture. He was a very hard worker, and a wonderful man. They both always helped people who needed it, and were a very kind people to everyone no matter their race. They never said an unkind word to anyone. The put God first in their lives. They were a man and woman of their word. They taught their family and friends the same values they had in their hearts. They were the Pillar of there Community in Sardis and will be always by dearly missed by everyone. Grandma and Grandpa you enriched my life and made me a better person. I miss you both so very much.
GONE ON
Gone on from this world to a new place, It isn't an end, but a glorious new beginning.
Gone on to be surrounded by beauty, and constantly showered with Gods love.
Gone on to talk and walk with the Angels, never fearing anything ever again.
Gone on to sing praises to God, in Heaven's glorious choir.
Gone on yet never forgotten, forever in the hearts of loved ones.
