6 hours into the journey Kal finally woke up, looking much better. The smell of soap clung to his skin, filling the room, as he smiled and stretched his arms up above his head. He was now fully dressed in a black polo with black sweats and his black sneakers, his hair was gelled back into its usual style, the ivory strands standing out amongst his all black get up.

Gabe shifted in his seat and cleared his throat, giving Kal a smile, then looking back down at his laptop. Kal smiled back and brushed a stray piece of hair back into place awkwardly. His eyes darted round until they landed on me, sat at the front of the plane and the furthest away from him. He looked as though he was waiting for me to say something but I didn't know what, so instead I blurted out the first thing that came to mind.

"Black is a slimming colour" Shit May, definitely not the right thing to say. Of course it was the opposite of what I wanted to say. I wanted to tell him to take the damn thing off and give me a full frontal view of what was underneath because the preview had me spinning.Kal's smile grew wider before he let out an unexpected laugh.

"Yeah May, I guess it is." He turned and shut the door to the room behind him, coming and taking a seat next to me, caging me in next to the window. I swallowed a lump that had started to form in my throat as the words 'Take your simple ass shirt off and give me a real show' threatened to burst out. Kal just stared at me, seeming to sense that I had something to say. My eyes rolled to the back of my head, this was the thing with Kal, he knew me too well. He knew when something was up and exactly how to get me to tell him.

"Saw you at the door before my nap" He said, giving me a wink.My jaw fell open as the most unattractive sound left my throat. Somewhere between a scoff and a choke, I really couldn't tell. I shook my head viciously, grabbing his arms and pulling him closer to me so that Gabe and Bradley didn't hear."Listen, it is not my fault that you have somehow developed a fucking washboard on your abdomen, nor is it my fault that you decided to strip and showcase, said washboard abdomen, whilst I was still in the room. If you don't want me to look at the washboard, don't start stripping like something out-" He burst out laughing, drawing the attention of both of the guys. My cheeks heated up as quick as a flash and pushed my head back into the crevice between the chair and the window of the plane.

Kalum didn't stop laughing, in fact he only got louder, hitting himself on his chest to stop himself from having a fit when his laughs turned into coughs, obviously struggling to breathe. Bradley and Gabe were now both standing up, standing over us. I hid myself further into the corner and scrunched myself up into a ball.

This cannot be happening."What's so funny kid?" Bradley asked, smiling over at me and then patting Kal on the back, still struggling to contain his laughter. Kal shook his head, holding his hand up.I wanted to scream at him to not say anything, to just let it be between us, but I knew Kal as much as he knew me and I knew he'd do anything to see me embarrassed.I uncurled myself when Kal had finally stopped laughing, he was now sat completely normal, talking to Bradley and Gabe under his breath, they were all smiling and I felt my insides start curling in on themselves in embarrassment. Fuck this.

I curled my legs under myself and pushed myself up onto them, placing one on the table in front of me, hoisting myself up, jumping over it to the other side. I shimmied my way to the aisle and stood up, flipping my hair up over my shoulder as I landed on the floor.

I faced them, taking in a deep breath and letting it out slowly, trying to calm my racing heart."Laugh it up, yeah, real funny guys. Lets all laugh at the teenage girl who stared at a guys abs whilst he got undressed, like you wouldn't do the exact same if it were a girl we were talking about instead of a guy." My hands fell firmly on my hips, I was on a warpath, I'd done nothing wrong and was now the brunt of the joke.
