Quirk Name: ELEMENTAL DRAGON HYDRA
Description: user is able to transform into a nine-headed dragon also known as HYDRA in the ancient times. however when user first transforms he only has one head, as user gets stronger more heads will grow and as such more powers and abilities. however forced head growth can happen only when users original head is decapitated and as such user will grow two heads.
User is granted with enhanced scenes, enhanced strength, speed and hyper regeneration. As user gets stronger it is theorised that he will get more abilities such as shock absorption and release, shock nullification, shock reversal, telekinesis, wingless flight, mind reading and absolute elemental control.
user has controls over all the elements such as fire, air, water, earth, lighting, ice, darkness and light. user is also able to read and distinguish power-levels of both allies and enemies.
