"Heeeeeeeey Ella!" Aibee greeted pagkapasok ko ng condo namin "anong meron bakit parang iba ata aura natin ngayon?"

"Anong ibang aura? Sapakin kita e"

"Grabe naman to!" she laughed then I sat beside her "I saw your ads ha, ang galing. Yung iba sa seniors ko pumila rin kanina sa mall"

"Talaga?"

"Yes" She replied "sumama nga ako to see the event in action. Gusto ko ring bumili pero kanino ko naman ibibigay"

"Hindi ka ba nakakuha ng freebie?"

"Freebie? May freebie ba na binibigay?"

"Hindi ko rin sure, pero nakakuha si Miguel kanina"

"Talaga? Swerte naman non"

"Siguro nga swerte siya" I replied and umunat ako "maligo na muna ako"

"Okay. Ingat ka" she replied and tumingin lang ako ng masama sa kanya

Deretso na agad ako sa kwarto pagkaligo tapos nilagay ko yung coffee enamel pin sa passport holder ko. I still cannot believe na binigay ko yung donut pin kay Migs na dapat eh kay Aibee

Naisip ko kasi na, may binigay sa akin si Migs and then I should give something in return diba? I mean, I know hindi naman si Migs humihingi ng kapalit but then, sabi nga niya, there's no harm in giving something to someone na hindi mo naman kaclose

I laughed "medyo bullshit" I muttered

Binuksan ko yung chocolate na bigay niya. It's a freebie nga since iba yung wrapper and medyo maliit yung size niya compare sa naging project namin. I hope may rice krispies inside

"Eh?" I reacted when I realized na merong nakaengrave na words sa chocolate "seryoso?" I asked myself

Ella: May I know if nagbibigay yung chocolate company ng freebie sa event?

Eunice: Anong freebie? Like free chocolates?

Eunice: As far as I know wala. I think they are also in a rush to produce more chocolates since hindi nila expect na ganito yung magiging demand ng special event

Ram: May nagbigay ba ng free na chocolate?
Ella: I think so, may nakuha si Miguel
Ram: Talaga?
Eunice: Migs are you there?
Ram: Wala ata siya, may isang unseen sa views count. Let's ask him na lang in person

I really wanted to call Miguel to know more about this freebie pero hindi ko ginawa. Kasi, why do I need to confirm and such? Anong gusto kong palabasin? Nawala siya nung time na yon para magpaengrave ng words sa chocolate na ito?

"Ganda ka ba, Ella?" I muttered to myself

"Tch. Why are you talking to yourself again?" when I looked, si Aibee, nakasilip sa kwarto

"Ha?"

"Do you have extra wet tissue? Can I have some?" she asked and pumasok na lang sa kwarto ko "Eh? What's that?" she asked nung nakita niya yung chocolate sa study table ko 

"You Look Cool?" she asked and laughed so hard "what the actual fuck?" then laughed again

"Yes, what the actual fuck" I replied

"Nagpaengrave ka rin ba sa event?"

"No" I replied

"Eh bakit ka may... Ganyan?" she asked then nanlaki yung mata niya and looked at me

"Bigay lang sa akin"

"Nino?"

"Migs" I replied "binigay ni Miguel kanina. Yan yung freebie na sinasabi ko sayo na nakuha niya"

"Ahhhhhhh" she reacted and then suddenly stopped "pucha wait, let me process that information" she said and nanlaki na naman mata niya "binigyan ka ni Miguel ng chocolate?!" she exclaimed

"Okay stop!" I said "let's not take this far okay?"

Aibee just looked at me and kitang kita ko sa mga mata niya na gusto niyang pagusapan pa namin ng mas malalim yung pagbibigay ni Miguel sa akin ng chocolate

"It's getting late, Ai" I said and kumuha ako ng isang balot ng wet tissue sa storage box ko "this is what you asked for diba?" I asked and handed her the wet tissue and she nodded "okay, you go ahead and rest too"

"Ella?"

I laughed "chill Aibee, this is nothing, simpleng chocolate lang ito. Let's not make this a big deal"

She sighed "competition pa rin ba between  you and him?"

"Aibee?"

"Para tinatanong ko lang, kasi feeling ko nagbabago ihip ng hangin" she said

"Magbabago talaga ihip ng hangin at dadanak ng dugo sa condo na ito kapag hindi ka pa nagpahinga at pumasok sa kwarto mo"

"Grabe ka!" she exclaimed and tinalikuran na lang ako bigla

Binalot ko ulit yung chocolate and nilagay ko sa ref namin and pumasok na ulit ako sa kwarto. Pagkasara ko ng pinto nagflashback yung nangyari between me and Miguel sa bus kanina and it was like a normal conversation of friends

We keep on saying close ba tayo to each other. Maybe this is Miguel's way of saying na we are now friends

So, is it safe to say na we are now friends?
