Doctor: Yes !

Doctor: No problem now Nicole try to stay as relaxed as possible ! carrying 3 babies could be hard now these are the vitamins you should be taking and these are the one you should be taking now in a month they will change because you will be 6 months so just come see me every month for you monthly vitamins !

Nikki: I will thank you doctor now could I get pictures and a lot haha !

Doctor: Of course just go to the waiting room and I'll have them right now !

They walk outside and Nikki turns to hug John and he hugs her back !

John: I'm going to be a dad to a little princess !

Nikki: And me a mom to two beautiful little boys who will look exactly like you !

She said as she looked up at him and he leaned down to give her a kiss ! A nurse comes out and hands them the photos then they head to the arena !

Nikki: Did you tell Mr. McMahon to meet us in catering ?

John: I did ! Did you tell everyone else ?

They walk into catering and see that everyone they called was already there ! And Kelly and all Nikki could think was why the hell is she here ?

John: Babies and Nicole are very healthy !

Nikki: Well we only have two extra rooms in the main house ! And one of them we're using as a nursery ! And we can keep the 3 of them in the same room for about the first 5 years maybe a little longer eventually I would like for our baby girl to have her own room but also our two boys !
