Last thing I remember was walking back to the store then someone yelled something out I didn't know what it was so I turned around to see what it was when..........

Johns Pov

It's been 5 hours since Nikki's been gone I mean I know I said take your time but I didn't think she would be gone for 5 hours especially just to the grocery store ! If she was saying I'm going to the mall or Bloomingdales or Barenys then okay yes 5 hours is okay but she was only going to get a few things at the market !

John: Byron I'm worried !

Byron: Why ?

John: She been gone for about 5 hours and she said she would be right back !

Byron: Have you tried calling her ?

John: No I'll do that now !

He calls about times and no answer ! An hour later ! John gets a call !

John: Hello ?

Nurse: Hello may I speak to Mr. Cena ?

John: Speaking !

Nurse: Oh Mr. Cena I'm sorry to inform you that your wife was ran over by a car this afternoon and she's at Tampa Bay hospital !

John: Omg is she okay ?

Nurse: It's best if you come down here and speak with the doctor !!

John: I'll be right there !

He hangs up and runs up stairs !!

John: Byron !!!

He runs out of the Nursery !!

Byron: What ?

John: Nicole got ran over she's at the hospital !!

Byron: Omg go ! Go ! I have everything handled here !! I'll call Brie and everyone else !!

John: Okay !!

He runs down grabs his car keys and goes to the hospital !!

At the hospital ! John bursts through the doors and to the front desk !

John: I'm looking for Nicole Cena !!

Nurse: Oh yes she's in room 425 !

John: Thank you !!

He ran to the room and saw the doctor coming out of the room !!

John: Doctor is she okay ?

Dr: I'm sorry who are you ?

John: I'm her husband !!

Dr: Oh Mr. Cena were so sorry we didn't notify you sooner ! We couldn't identify her ! Until we found her phone and her purse !

John: Its fine just tell me is she okay ?

Dr: Well she's fine she should be awake in a few hours maybe even tomorrow we had to put her under and well the bad news is that......

John: What is it doctor ?

Dr: There's two things she lost a baby !

John was taken back he didn't even know she was pregnant and now their telling him she had lost it !

John: She was pregnant ?

Dr: I'm so sorry I'm guessing neither of you knew ?

John: No well I didn't maybe she did !
