Nikki: I'm sorry did you just say triplets ?

John&Layla: TRIPLETS ?

Doctor: Yes Nicole you are pregnant with triplets it's too early to determine the sex but there's definitely 3 babies in there !

Nikki: Omg !

She began to cry John grabs her and and puts another one on her stomachs and connects his forehead to his and Layla thought it was a beautiful moment that should have been captured so she take a quick picture !

John: We're having triplets !

Suddenly he faints !

Nikki: So I don't know if that's because he just woke up from a coma a little over a day ago or the triplets ?

Doctor: Could be both I'll handle this you just wait outside and congratulations !

Layla: Three babies your having 3 babies Nicole !

Nikki: I know I'm so happy !
