Baby Zhang (and Frazel's wedding)

***Timeskip five months***
I woke up with a start. Where was I? And then I remembered. Today was Frank and Hazel's wedding. I sat up and looked around at the girls beds. I saw Piper laying next to me. I watched as her five months pregnant belly rose and fell with each breath. I think she and Jason got some inspiration from Hazel because a week after our little  engagement party, Piper and Jason announced that they were going to be having a baby. I looked at Calypso. She was just firey Calypso. Perfect for Leo. And then the bride herself, Hazel. She was sleeping peacefully with her hands on her belly. I was glad she had finally gotten to sleep. Frank did not stop calling her. He wanted to make sure she was okay, peppering her with questions like, did she need  someone to bring her something? How was she feeling? Did she need a doctor? 

And she always answered patiently,"No Frank I'm fine."
She had gotten worried that she would not be able to for into her dress but Piper got Aphrodite to give is all dresses that would fit us no matter what happened. My dress was navy blue mermaid style dress (Percy's doing) with gold embroidery all around it. Piper's was a light pink color strapless sweetheart neckline and was perfect for her belly because it just flowed right over it. Calypso wore an ombre dress that faded from magenta to orange to yellow and had a very low v-neck because Leo had helped her choose it. She had rolled her eyes when he suggested it but absolutely loved it when she saw it on herself. Hazel's dress was a beautiful cream, off the shoulder dress that was simple but still elegant and could fit over her pregnant belly. Hazel had decide that she wanted all of the bridesmaids hair to be he same. We had our hair curled and put into a tendril twist bun with baby's breath flowers circling our heads like a laurel crown. I got up and put my dress on. I didn't want to wake any one up but that failed once I knocked over the ottoman. Piper and Calypso got up and put their dresses on. Piper waved her hand and our hair and make up magically did itself. It even did Hazel's which woke her up and made her start hyperventilating with nervous-excitement about her wedding. It took several tries from Piper and her charmspeak to calm her down.

 Eventually we were ready for rehearsal. Everyone was there except for Frank. We would rehearse twice without Frank and then Hazel would leave and frank would come and we would rehearse twice without Hazel. Everyone knew it was bad luck to have the groom see the bride before the wedding. Frank was especially nervous about the bad luck part, what with Hazel having her baby. After our four rehearsals the girls and the guys went back to their rooms in the Big House. Hazel paced and paced around the room and we tried to calm her down, to no avail. Finally it was time for the wedding. Hazel peeked out of the window. The groomsmen filed past the door catcalling at us and waving at us. I looked at Percy. He had a white shirt under a gray vest that matched his black pants. His tie was bright blue and had a picture of Ariel from The Little Mermaid. Leo has picked out their ties so that they each matched their powers. He looked so handsome. I couldn't wait until our wedding so I could see how gorgeous Percy looked with that exact outfit. 

A couple of minutes later everyone was ready Pluto and Mars had even made it. Pluto had brought Emily Zhang and Marie Levesque as a surprise for the bride and groom. Hazel walked out of the Big House and behind a large column until it was time for her to walk sown the aisle. Thalia Grace came and even wore a lacy black dress and her silver lieutenant's circlet so she could be the flower girl and boy with Harley from Hephaestus cabin. She took his hand and I realized it was time. Hazel pulled the veil over her face and walked behind Thalia and Harley. Piper grabbed our bouquets and handed them to me and Calypso. We went behind Hazel and the music started. We started down the aisle. We passed an expertly hidden Marie Levesque who had tears in her eyes as she watched Hazel pass her. If Hazel saw her she didn't show it. When we reached the altar, we took our assigned places Frank took Hazel's hands. Chiron started the vows. The 'I do's' were said.

Eventually Chiron ended with, "You may now kiss the bride."

Frank surged forward and put his hands at Hazel's waist and she put her arms around his neck. they kissed fiercely and eventually pulled away looking red and embarrassed. They walked back down the aisle and went back to the pavilion for the party. Percy grabbed me by the waist and kissed my head. We went to the pavilion and sat down at a table reserved for the seven. Two transparent women stood at the podium. One was a tall Chinese woman and the other was a black woman with curly brown hair. Frank and Hazel were sitting with their backs to them. Marie Levesque stepped down and hid among the crowd so she could surprise Hazel with her speech.

Emily Zhang stood at the podium, "Ahem. Hi my name is Emily Zhang. I'm Frank's mom. Pluto invited me back from the dead for my son's wedding." Frank spun around and accidentally turned into a cardinal. He flew up to her and turned back into Frank. He hugged her so hard and sobbed. "Oh Frank. I've missed you."

He smiled through his tears. "I've missed you too, Mom. Can we dance?"

They danced one whole song and then sat down at our table. Marie came up behind Hazel. "Congratulations my girl." Hazel looked behind her and then jumped up, tackling her mother with a hug. "Momma. You're here." Their tears splattered onto the table. "I wouldn't miss my baby girl's wedding for the world. She smiled. We spent the rest of the night dancing and drinking. Leo and Calypso got drunk and went off to the Big House together. Piper and I sat and talked and drank sparkling cider. The boys tied their ties around their heads and danced. Leo and Calypso returned an hour later and Calypso's hair was down and Leo has lipstick all over him. They sheepishly snuck out of the party and went home. Everybody sat back down at the table and Pluto and Mars took Emily and Marie back to the Underworld together. And that's when everything went wrong. 

Hazel's contractions started and Will and Nico rushed her off to the infirmary. The guests were asked to leave unless they lived at Camp Half-Blood. Percy and Jason tried to calm Frank down but he turned into an elephant and starting running around, crushing everything under his feet. Piper and I sat in front of the infirmary, waiting until we could visit Hazel and watching Chiron try to help Jason and Percy calm Frank down. he turned back into a human and collapsed, panting on the ground. Jason and Percy slung him across Chiron's back and took him into the infirmary to rest. Jason, Piper, Percy, and I waited for hours and hours.  We had kept watch over the door and took turns going to get food and changing into comfy clothes. 

At dawn, Nico peeked his head out of the door, "She's ready to see you guys now."

Piper squealed with pleasure. We went inside, Hazel was holding a really tiny baby. She was born two months early so she was so small. 

Hazel looked up at us. "Guys, I want to you to meet Emmi Marie Zhang. She was born at 11:58 P.M. We named her after Emily Zhang and Marie Levesque."

She gave Emmi to Piper to hold. Her and Jason stood over Emmi cooing at her and laughing. I smiled. Piper and Jason really were going to be great parents. Piper gave Emmi to Percy and Percy held her I booped her nose and she giggled. She had Hazel's dark skin and Frank's black hair. She looked exactly like Hazel.

Percy gave her back to Hazel. "Jeez guys, double whammy huh?"

Hazel looked up at him and nodded. "Our anniversary will also be her birthday." We sat and talked for a couple of minutes and Facetimed Leo and Calypso. We talked for a couple of hours until Will shooed us out of the infirmary to let Hazel have some space and rest. I drove Percy and I home. Percy fell asleep five minutes into the drive. The sun shown onto his tanned skin. He was so handsome. I couldn't wait to start planning our wedding and I was kind excited to go on our quest for this girl.

Sorry about this chapter. I don't think it was as good as the first two but oh well. I just had to make a chapter about Frazel since they are my third favorite HOO Ship.
