---Annabeth's POV---
Percy nudged me awake with his arms around my waist. "Hey Wise Girl. Guess what day it is." I sat up groggily. "Our anniversary. Percy, even when I'm this tired I still am more on top of things than you." He smiled and kissed my forehead. I stood up and went over to Cast's crib. He pulled himself up with the bar's of his crib and babbled at us. I lifted him up and got the bottle from Percy. Percy went to change quickly and told me he had a surprise for me. Good. I want into the closet to change and picked out an emerald green short sleeve V-neck dress with red and dark pink flowers that reached my knees and pulled on some mid-calf gladiator sandals. I got dressed as quickly as possible, brushed on a bit of makeup, and put Cast in a cute seafish onesie. I grabbed my present for Percy and shut the Cabin Three door and took a deep breath. It was a beautiful day and there was a slight breeze. I saw Lyra and Harley barreling toward me. "Guys! I don't want to spend my anniversary in the infirmary." Harley gave me a big hug, almost knocking me down even though his head only reached my belly button. "We awe under orders fwum, I'm, what do I say?" Lyra rolled her eyes and snatched Cast from my arms. "We are under orders from Percy Jackson to take your child and watch him for the day. Happy Anniversary by the way." And with that, she grabbed Harley's hand and walked away. "Alright then." I said to myself. I felt a small tug on my dress. "Oh hi Emmi! Where's Mama? Huh?" I picked her up and looked around. The Zhangs were nowhere to to be seen. Immediately I was worried. This was super unlike Hazel and Frank. Emmi put her hand on my face. "Aw come on girl. Don't mess up the little makeup I'm wearing." And then I saw the thick red ribbon tied around her wrist, leading all the way to the back of the Hades Cabin. "Ohhhh. I see now. This is all part of my 'surprise'. Well lets go then." When we reached the back of the Hades Cabin, we found Will and Nico in the middle of a furious kissing session. I put my hand over Emmi's eyes and said, "Oi di Angelo. I brought you your niece." They stopped and turned to face me slowly. Nico was beet red and Will was blushing lightly. "Well, Happy Anniversary I guess." Nico took Emmy from my arms and gave me an awkward, one-sided, completely Nico-esque hug. I chuckled. "Still that awkward 11 year old aren't you, Nico?" He grunted and stood a little behind Will. "Omigosh Annabeth! Happy Anniversary! Here's your gift from us. Oh I see you haven't gotten Emmi's gift yet." He pulled a peacock feather out of her hair. "This morning Frazel woke up to a peacock strutting around their house and Emmi was gone. First thing they thought was, Hera took her like she took Jason. But when they came back from their search of Hades cabin, Emmi was sitting in a pile of peacock feathers with a note from Hera that said she forgives you and Emmi's gift is a peacocks quill that has magical ink that will never run out and Will turn whatever color you want it to. I gotta run I have an appointment with a diabetic camper. Come on Nico." They walked off toward the infirmary. I opened their gift and pulled it out it was a necklace with an owl dangling from it. I put it around my neck and pulled out the note. Happy Anniversary Wise Girl! The necklace was all Lyra's idea but the gift is from all of Cabin Seven and Nico too. <3- Will.
I tucked the note in my pocket and picked up the ribbon as I walked along it. My next stop was the Aphrodite Cabin. Jason and Piper were waiting inside for me. Lacy was playing with Mitchell, putting makeup on him. Piper gave me a big hug and Jason gave me a small pink box. Inside was an glowing pink ember in the shape of a heart. "Its an esteem stone. It brings up or lowers your self esteem based on the situation. It'll heighten it of you're too sad and being down of you're too confident." Piper told me. I quickly thanked them and and ran out to get ribbon. It led me to the Big House, Where Frank, Hazel, and Chiron were waiting for me. "Happy Anniversary! Annabeth I must hurry to give you your present. I have to supervise archery today. He shoved a circular package into my hands, then gave me an awkward pat on the head. I pulled the ribbon off of it and opened the canvas. My very first helmet was in there. Scuffed, dented, and dirty. The blue plume was falling out. I remembered that I gave it to him to keep for someone else but he obviously kept it for me. He was the first person I told about my crush on Percy and knew that I wanted to look good for Percy in a shiny new helmet. "I can't believe he actually kept it." Hazel smiled at me kindly and gave me a bottle. "We couldn't think of what to get you but we rembered about this." I read the label. It said, Mars' best polish. Just dip your weapon in here and it Will become invincible. Made with water from the River Styx. I looked up at them. "Wow. So this is basically invincibility but for weapons? Cool. Wait, how come you don't use it?" Frank shrugged. "Dad's blessing. Any child of Mars will have a weapon that can't be destroyed unless they want It to. It applies for Hazel and Emmi too." I nodded. "Cool. I got to go. Thanks so much I will use it. And Percy too." I waved at them and followed the rest of the string. It went deep into the woods. I came upon a little clearing on a hill that opened out to a section of the beach I had never seen before. Percy was waiting there in front of a small cottage with Cast and a very depressed looking Calypso and Leo. I hated to see them like that. They were the fire off out group. Amway making jokes and telling about random stuff but ever since Cal's 'procedure' and losing their baby which they named Zoe Esperanza Valdez, they were just so sad. I reached Percy and he gave Cast to Leo to hold as I flung my arms around his neck and crashed my lips onto his. I broke the kiss and snuggled my head into his chest, inhaling his ocean smell. "Welcome to out new home, Wise Girl." I gasped. "You did all this for me?" He shrugged sheepishly and said, "It's Cal and Leo's present too." I have them both a group hug and thanked them. "Well, we needed something to do to distract us and when Percy asked me for help I had to say yes. And Cal really has a knack for interior design. You have to see inside!" Cal blushed but tugged in Leo's arm and whispered something in his ear. "We have to go now but I hope you enjoy your present." They walked off together. Percy picked up Cast and took my hand. Inside it was beautifully designed. I walked through each room in wonder. "Dam, Percy all this for me?" He nodded. "All for my Wise Girl. Now, we should get get into something comfy. This is our home after all." He smiled at me cheekily and I rolled my eyes and went to put Cast down for bed. I changed into sweats and a hoodie and met Percy on the couch. He patted his lap and I sat down. "I love you so much Annabeth, you know that right?" I nodded and gave him a long, slow kiss.
