Your POV
I lean my head more into Delgado's furry chest trying to ignore the hellish pain that my tail was going through, but I can't! I whimper which I guess caught Delgado's attention because he instantly started to lick my head in an attempt to make me feel better ,which kinda worked. "Damn tail.." I growled, Delgado just chuckled at this "Mi corazon your tail can't talk you know that right?" he joked. "I know...Culo" I say while smirking. Delgado just looks at me and smirks back, he starts to bite my ear while I laugh.

This sweet moment is cut short when we hear the door open and we hear a high pitch female voice saying "Hey! Put me down! Ugh it smells in here!" then we heard the kennel door open beside the cage ,me and Delgado, shared. We stop what we're doing and turn to see a white chihuahua wearing the pinkest outfit you could possibly imagine 'ugh pink overload' I think to myself as I hold back the urge to gag while laying my head down again. "Oh, oh no now I'm all dirty! Where even am I!" I hear her squeal from the cage beside me. "Ay, Chicà your in dog fights!" I hear another dog say to the white ball of pinkness."DOG FIGHTS?!? NO, NO, NO,NO I CAN'T BE HERE! I CAN'T FIGHT!" "LOOK! If your worth anything they'll sell you and they won't fight you!" I hear Delgado growl. "Oh thank heavens!" She sighs in relief. "I'm happy your feeling better now can we please get some quite in here." Delgado says while I lift my head up and he lays his head down. "Princesa you won't get any sympathy from grumpy over there" I say while giving her a comforting smile. "Yea he's a fighter!" A dog says to her. "Yep best of the best!" Another dog joins in. "No way man! Rumour has it he fought El Diablo and came out on the bottom!" The other dog argued. I shudder hearing his name, the dogs look at me "Sorry (y/n)..." they say apologetically.I look at them and smile softly trying to mask my fright "it's alright, anyways" I look over to Chloe, "Dont listen to what they say princesa." After I was done comforting Chloe I went to go lay back down beside Delgado, who was basically waiting for me to lay down next to him.

She sits down while looking over to a small dog praying in Spanish, "what's he saying?" She asks while looking at the poor dog. "He's praying chicá, he always prays before a fight, don't you know any Spanish chicá?" The dog across from her asked. She looked offended "My names not chicá it's Chloe, and no why should I?" Chloe states in confusion. "Hello Chicá your a chihuahua in Mexico!" The other dog states like it's obvious. "Well I don't and I'm not from Mexico, I'm a heiress." She says. "A hairless?" A dog asks, "No a hieress!" She snaps back. "She's a gringa..." I hear Delgado mumble in annoyance. I giggle and look back at her and softly smile "Look princesa I'm sure you'll be just fine." She looks at me for a moment before sitting down and breathing "okay..."

I pass back and forth infront of the cages trying to calm down. I hear barking and the crowd cheering. "Sounds like he's closing in" I hear a dog say "With the size of her not much is gonna be left of her!" I hear the same dog say. "Poor hairless..." I hear another say sadly. I look at the door snarling "That's it! Delgado give me a hand?" I look back at him hopefully, he sighs and walks up to the cage, putting his muzzle through one of the cage openings and unlocking the cages door. I almost immediately rush out running towards the door while Delgado starts unlocking the others cages. Busting the door down ,ended up crushing one of the guys and knocking him out but I don't care. I quickly open the cage to see Chloe fall backwards towards me. I quickly close it and yell "Not today El Diablo!" "DAMN YOU (Y/N)! I'LL GET YOU DELGADO! YOU AND (Y/N)!" I hear El Diablo shout from the fighting pit.

"Vaminos!" Delgado shouts while we're running away from some guys working for dog fights. "English please!" Chloe's squeals, "Move!" I bark back at her. We then hear a gasp followed by a groan "Oh no! My booty!" "Your what?!?" Delgado growls looking back at her, "Leave it!" I yell. "Leave it?!? This is Italian leather misssssssssssy!" She squeals as I pick her up in my mouth barley dogging the grabbing hands of the random men. I ran right back to my position before, beside Delgado ,I bark to him and he looks over I throw him Chloe. He catches her and looks at me confused, "Jump!" I yell, he nods and turns back to face in-front of him. Chloe looks petrified when she sees the fence and how small the hole is, "The holes to small! You won't fit!" ( no dirty minded person can tell me they didn't think what I thought while writing that) She cry's. we both ignore her and keep running towards the fence. Chloe closes her eyes probably out of fear. Delgado and Me both jump over the fence and land perfectly. Chloe opens her eyes and sighs out of relief. Delgado puts her down as I take a moment to catch my breath, I mean I just out ran some random men what do you expect? Delgado and I silently made our way towards a street only to stop and see a whole bunch of people dressed up and celebrating. "What is this?" Chloe asks in amazement. "Dia de los Muertos" Delgado states,watching the people go by. "What?" "Day of the dead princesa." I say smiling down at the clueless chihuahua.
