The Facility

The brown hair girl looked at the photo. It brought memories back to her as she missed everyone. Her friends were gone. She has a few friends but it wasn't the same. They were gone but she knew nothing would stop her from getting them back.
"Are you thinking about them?" She jumped as he sat next to the girl.
"Yeah. It's not fair. They shouldn't be gone, they have to be here. With us where it's safe." She answered. Before he was able to answer, his phone went off.
Meet us at this address in an hour.- xxx

When they got there, it looked like it led to an underground warehouse.
"Come on." The girl said, rushing the boy to the passage underground. Once underground, some of their friends who haven't gone missing were standing right in front of them. And there were a few people they didn't recognize.
"Everybody my name is Delilah and I welcome you to the renaissance." The blonde hair said.
"What exactly is this place?" A black hair boy asked beside them.
"This is where you will train if you ever want your friends to come back." Jesse explained.
"My name is Jesse and we are fighting to get someone back." He explained. The girl raised her hand.
"You might be fighting someone also but how do we know you're not working for them?"
"Because we escaped from the facility." Delilah revealed as everyone stood in shock.

She knew they were going to find her but she had to get out of this place.
"Subject M-5, there's no way out." The voice kept telling. She ran corridor to corridor until she came face to face with the head.
"Why are you doing this?" Delilah screamed.
"You're going to help save this world one way or another, Delilah Monroe." He almost got the needle into her when some stuck in him and grabbed her.
"We're going to get out." She followed him out the door and rushed out into the woods.
"Where are we supposed to go?"Delilah asked
"We're going to get far from this place."The boy said.
"We knew if we tried to go back and help others, we'd be stuck there. We've been trying to get the renaissance acknowledged but we needed the right people. That's where all of you come into play." Delilah explained when another person entered the room .
"And training will be starting right away." A dark red headed girl.
"Everyone meet Maria. She has worked in the facility and doesn't ask what happens there. She is going to help us all as we get everyone back." Jesse told everyone.
"All of you have rooms to rest in. Girls, follow Maria and boys follow Jesse to your rooms. We begin tomorrow." Delilah said.

"I can't believe you're here." The mild mind girl said as she hugged the brown hair girl.
"I've missed you. I needed you." The dark brown eye girl said.
"I know I'm sorry  I wasn't there. But now, I'm not leaving ever again. I promise we'll get everyone back." She made a lot of promises  over the years but she was staying true to this one.
"Why did you leave? Everyone just separated when we all needed each other."
"I promise you, I'm not leaving again. Look I needed time to process everything that was going on."
"Ok."She hugged her friend and smiled. She was hoping everything would be fine soon.
Meanwhile,  the boys were reuniting with each other just like the girls were.
"Dude, you don't know how much I have missed you."
"I'm sorry for leaving you guys. I know how bad you guys needed me. We all needed each other."The short guy said.
"It's fine. We're going to get everyone back and everything will turn back to normal."The boy said.

While everyone was in their rooms or areas reuniting with each other, Maria, Jesse, and Delilah discussed their plans.
"Training will be hard on them. We train them in fighting and how to use weapons. They will have to run and workout as it's part of their training." Delilah said before she went to get something.
"Jesse, we have to hand them over to the Head once we go through with this."Maria said.
"We can't do it unless we're handing Delilah back. We only handed their friends in because they kept snooping in this area. I'm doing what's right."Jesse said, looking around for Delilah.
"Their kids. What do you expect? The Head is using them for his own advantages that we all could've stopped a long time ago."Maria exclaimed.
"We can train them to save them, not put them in a place where they won't know each other. Three of us got away so we wouldn't have to do that. You only want to hand them over to Head because something clicked with you two in there and now everyone we run into, you think it's the perfect opportunity to turn them into these robots or whatever you want to call them."Maria exclaimed.
"Either you do this or I'll send you back in there and hope Head will do something to you. So either you do this or bye-bye."Jesse told her.
"Fine."Maria said as Delilah walked back.
"Are you two okay?"Delilah asked nothing, their faces with mad looks.
"Yeah. It's nothing,"Maria said.
"Ok then."Delilah said as they continued how to pull this off.
