I sat in my class, taking notes, like always. For some reason though, I couldn't focus, my mind was stuck on Oscar. Almost as if it were magic, my phone buzzed.

Oscar (1)

I debated on if I should open it or not, considering it would be a distraction. However, at this point my professor was just talking about a movie he had seen just last week, so I did.

From Oscar: your cars fixed up

I smiled.

To Oscar: in class right now, but I can pick it up in about fifteen minutes
From Oscar: alright see you in 15
To Oscar: well, more like 30, I have to come back to Freeridge
From Oscar: yeah? And I'll pick you up fool.
To Oscar: oh really?
From Oscar: yeah, you're not gonna be crashing your car again

My mouth dropped for a moment and I smiled shaking my head.

To Oscar: rude
From Oscar: sucks to suck fool

I rolled my eyes, just like that though, class was over. I left the building and sure enough there was Oscar sitting in his cherry red impala. I furrowed my eyebrows and got closer to the car.
"Get in fool." He said with a smirk making me roll my eyes. I got into the car and shook my head.

"I was under the impression it would be my car." I told him laughing.
Oscar shrugged and pulled onto the road, "wack." He smiled.

I shook my head, "don't worry princesa. Your car is sitting in my driveway." He winked as he drove down the road to Freeridge.

I shook my head and playfully rolled my eyes, "thank you for fixing it." I smiled.

"Yeah no problem," he shrugged, "it wasn't really that hard, just had to get out the dents and replace the engine."

"Either way, thank you." I smiled. He looked at me for a moment before turning his attention back to the road. We made it back to Freeridge and he pulled up to his house, once again, no one was there, it was simply just a house. My car was in the driveway, so he had parked on the sidewalk.

He unbuckled and I followed, the two of us getting out of the car and walking over to mine. He popped the hood, "see look, new engine." He smiled. I shook my head and laughed.

"Thank you. How much do I owe you for it?" He furrowed his eyebrows.
"Nothing."

I shook my head, "no, I have to pay you something." I told him with a small smile. He shook his head, "Nope." I looked at him for a minute, then I got on the tops of my toes and pulled his face closer to mine, then pressed my lips to his, ot was only a second later that his hand wrapped around my waist and kissed back. We both pulled away and he laughed shaking his head a moment.

"Few more of those and we're even." He shrugged. I laughed at him then kissed him again, this one was longer until, "Spooky!" We immediately pulled away and he slammed the hood of my car shut.

"Yo, sad eyes wahs good." Oscar said with a heavy breath, walking over to him and dapping him up.

"Hey Issy." He smiled to me.
"Hi sad eyes." I smiled back with a wave.

Sad eyes walked over to the fridge that was stored at the side of the house and got out two beers, one for himself and one for Oscar. He looked at me, "oh sorry, you want one?" He asked I shook my head.

"No thanks I'm okay." I shook my head. The three of us sat on the porch talking for a while as more Santos came up, music was now blasting, people were lifting weights, drinking, and just talking in general.

Most of the time, Oscar stayed fairly close to me, when I would talk to other Santos, he would be near by, but most of the time we were talking to the same persona and we were basically holding hands.

However, eventually my brother and Cesar showed up to the house, "Issy!" Omar shouted.

"What?" I asked as he got closer.
"Can you drive Cesar and I to the school, there's a dance tonight." He told me. I tilted my head back on Oscar and groaned.
"Oh my god. You are so needy." I said laughing, as did they. "Yeah I'll take you." I huffed. I got up and just as I was about to walk to my car, I turned around again.

"Oscar." I smiled and he looked at me.
"Yeah?" He questioned, a smirk on his lips.
"Can I have my keys?" He laughed and nodded.

"Yes princesa I'll get you your keys." He smiled getting up. A few minutes later he came back and walked me over to my car. He handed me my keys and looked me up and down smirking. "Gonna come see me later?"

I smirked at him for a moment, "maybe." I teased. He playfully rolled his eyes, opened his mouth to say something but was quickly interrupted. "Can you two stop flirting? The dance starts in ten minutes." Omar said sticking his head out of the window, I hadn't even realized they had gotten in the car.

I rolled my eyes, "bye Oscar." I waggled my fingers with a smile.
"Bye Bella." He smirked, looking me up and down as I got in the car. Once my door was shut and we were out of the driveway headed down the road I shook my head.

"We were not flirting." I told them.

"Yes you were." Omar said.
"Oh 1000%." Cesar agreed. I shook my head.

"No."

"GoNnA cOmE sEe Me LaTer?" Cesar mocked his older brother, over bitting his lip.
"MaYbE." Omar mocked me, twirling non existent hair. I shook my head and rolled my eyes.

"I am an adult, I can do what I want without two fourteen year old making fun of me when you both have barely hit puberty." I said as we pulled up to the curb to the school.
"Get out." I told them.

"You're just mad cause it's facts." Omar said. I rolled my eyes and shook my head, "leave." The two boys playfully rolled their eyed and shook their heads, getting out of the car. I peeled off the curbside and sighed making my way down the street.
