The Magician Classes

Every mage in Elderoth has the ability to use and manipulate elements, henceforth magic. Close combat masters such as Fighters can use magic. But those that study them and wanted to unlock the secrets of magic are classified as Magicians. Magicians that study magic unlock different ways to increase their magic power and even create a magic of their own

The Sorcerer - The very basic and stepping stone of the Magician class, the sorcerer. They are those that still have a limited number of available magic, but by studying Alchemy or combining spells, they are able to unlock magic faster and advance quicker than the other classes

     - The Black Mage - A variance of the sorcerer magician that uses 3 different kinds of element magic; Fire, Ice, and Lightning. They are known to combine these elements to create more destructive spells. The black mage can acquire more abilities than any Magician class

The White Mage - A magician class that has the affinity of light that has the role of support. This magician heals his allies and even grant them protection against any kind of elemental magic, or improve their physical defense by strengthening their body or their armor

The Theurgist/ Warlock - Magicians that created a deal to the spirits, enhancing their overall capabilities in battle. There are many unnamed spirits in Elderoth, and making a deal with them is easy. They also have the ability to summon the spirit that created a deal with them. 

The Summoner - Magicians that summon creatures that will do their bidding. The creatures they summon are monsters that can be seen in the outside world. The larger the summoned creature, the higher the cost. Advance summoners have the ability to summon Espers which are powerful spirits of destructive power and are considered as a tier 7 summoning spell. One of the Espers is Ifrit, the spirit of flame

The Illusionist - Magicians that have the affinity of light magic that can create illusions. They are very strong considering that their Illusions could act as their own clones, enabling these illusions to cast spells on their own and deceive enemies. The illusionist can create a variety of illusions and only they could if they have seen the creature before

The Nature Magician - Magicians that have the ability to use the power of nature to enhance their abilities, including the plants and even able to control animals. They are able to summon plant monsters that could deal with different kinds of ailments like paralysis, poison and making the enemies fall asleep

     - The Druid - A variance of Nature Magician class that has healing abilities, morph enemies into animals, and even summon spirits

The Shaman - A magician that has the power of the dark and is known to bargain to utilize the effect of their spells such as sacrificing a percentage of life force to quicken an ability or make it stronger. 

The Puppeteer - A magician that controls materialized dolls to attack the enemy. Puppeteer only has dark affinity magic to their kit. Puppeteers can control dolls by using strings made out of special material that is unable to be cut through but is heavy or manipulate their mana as mana strings that are extremely light but can be cut easily

The Necromancer - A magician that uses the power of the dark, blood, and even the dead. They are able to summon or create undead units that are very dangerous when they are in the form of a swarm or large group. Necromancers have an area of effect passive abilities and auras that enhances their nearby summoned undead units. They are also the masters of using cursing magic or ailment magic that weakens their enemies

Rare Variance of the Magician Class

These are the rare variance of the magician class that has many unique abilities. 

The Fusion Mage - An extremely rare magician that can learn all  7 different starter elements (Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Lightning, Light, and Dark). When this magician learns how to combine elements/ Alchemy, he will have the ability to unlock all Synchronization magics. For short, this is the only magician that could learn all kinds of magic except unique magics. 

The Battle Mage - A half Fighter and half Magician. This is the combination of close combat mastery and elemental mastery that can cast magic even in point-blank range and still create impressive results

     - The Battle Fortress Mage - A half Ranger half Magician class and a rare variance of the battlemage that instead of using close combat weapons, uses ranged projectile weapons and throwable weapons instead (Such as slingshots, bows, darts, guns, javelins/throwing spears, kunai/shurikens and throwing knives). The abilities of the battle fortress mage are mainly to defend itself, increase its movement speed or jumping height, teleportation and blink to avoid being engaged to close combat. The battle fortress mage can enchant their weapons or ammunition for enhanced, deadlier effect

The Silencer - An extremely rare and the most irritating magician class that has the ability to prevent a mage from casting spells. Silencers can inflict the Silence debuff by casting it to a target, and when mastered, can inflict the silence debuff in an extremely wide radius. Imagine this motherf*cker silencing an entire nation all by himself in which all mages are powerless except himself. There were only 2 people that were born as Silencers in Elderoth, and they are responsible for the world is entering a new age or era

The Card Mage - They are mages that have studied the runic language and carve the runes and the magic circle into a special card.  The cards that they have can store 1 magic ability where they can use them in the future. Card mages are unable to summon any creature regardless of how small and weak the creature is.  The cards that are used are burnt as an act of activation

     - The Talisman Mage -  Variance of the card mage that instead of using cards they use talismans instead. Talisman mages can grant buffs to their allies that card mages are unable to do, and they can summon small creatures to fight for them as well but are even weaker and disappears faster. Talisman used for offense burns when being used, the same as the offensive cards of the Card mage

     - The Astral Card Mage - a rare variance of the card mage that uses special cards in battle and able to spam and cast spells in mere seconds but the cost of the spells being used increases by 5%. These special cards are known as Arcanas, special cards that do not burn when used, enabling you to spam them by simply chanting their names multiple times. Chaos Card mages can summon creatures, regardless of how big they are, and even create a swarm of small creatures. But the increasing cost of mana as a price could be dangerous.

The Time Mage - a rare variance of mages that can control the sands of time to their liking, either giving the hastening buff to their allies or slowing their enemies, what I mean slow is literally slower. They have the ability to cast in rapid succession but with a price of magic accuracy. Their mana pool capacity is larger as well, where they are believed to able to cast tier 7 magic and up

The Astral Mage - A rare variance of mages that are able to burn the mana of their enemies, or worse, even steal them or deplete the entire mana pool of their enemies. Astral mages are also known as Mana mages as they can manipulate raw mana from the outside world to create mana shields and the like.

The Bard - Bard is a class that specializes in music where their songs are able to buff their allies, weaken their enemies and sometimes, even summon. They are known to master hand to hand combat while being buffed with their own bardic song effects

     -The Dancer - a variation of Bard that specializes in dancing that music. They tend to do the same thing that the Bard does, enhancing or giving buffs to their allies. 

The Elemental Matrix - The magic class that I granted to a single mortal and no one else. This mage is able to manipulate a certain magical element to form a non-living thing or a weapon. It enables the user to create any kind of shape of a certain element (for example, stone) into anything, and even give a non-living thing that he molded to become alive. Matrix mages will abandon the ability tree of their choosing affinity and only use the element for the creation of other things.
