There are people that are born with magic abilities that are very uncommon in which there are no other ways of getting them by combining any amount of magic affinities, These Unique magic affinities vary on how do people acquire them. 

There are people that are born with Unique abilities that came from their ancestors. Some are gifted by the gods themselves for a reason. And there are others that are acquired by an entire race or tribe

Gem Affinity - A Unique magic type granted to the brethren of the ancient clan of gem wielding mages known as gem knights. Gem knights require gems to cast their magic abilities and they could get as much as they want as long there are stones nearby. They have an exclusive passive ability to transform stone into gemstones by altering their structure

It has a very wide range of summoning abilities. Their strongest summon is by creating gem towers that could adapt to elemental magic to gain magic resistance, the ability to adapt to its environment to grow on its own, and lastly, it does not need to be withdrawn. Not like most of the summoned creatures, gem towers could stay permanently

The gem towers could even transform and gain magic affinities, or even gain a will of their own. Gem knights have supportive magic abilities that exclusively empower these gem towers

The One True Void - A unique magic type that is not originated from this world. It is an even destructive version of the Dark Affinity in which this magic swallows magic or mana, corrupt and control, or even bend or tear reality. Throughout history, the only wielder of this magic affinity is the dark lord Onxyte himself, an overlord of life and death in the flesh

Murkian Ritual - A magic unique to creatures known as Murks. They are an ancient organism encaged by Zyro and are unleashed to wreak havoc. There are many branches of this type, each with its exclusive passive abilities and sets but there are other abilities that are shared by all

Photon Affinity - A unique magic type that did not originate from this world. It is almost the same as the light affinity, but more focused and destructive. There is only one being that wields this affinity... its abilities are yet to be documented since this being could not be found

Cardinal Boundary - my father told me that this is the conqueror of all life, known as the cardinal boundary magic. They are currently two kinds of magic that were seen once every century. These are unique magic types that grant the user incredible power that could kill us, gods, when we are in the world of humans

    - Bloodbound - A unique magic affinity that acts as a passive ability. The user gains a stack by eliminating a certain number of enemies and with each stack, the user becomes stronger. The stack earned grants the user to increase all of its stats. The amount of Bloodbound stack has no limit

It also grants the user with exclusive magic abilities that requires a cost of their stack to be unleashed. And it is certified to be extremely destructive. One of its passive is that the user will never die as long as there is a Bloodbound stack where if the user will die, all of the Bloodbound stacks will disappear to save the user's life

     - Manabound - A unique magic affinity that acts as a passive ability. The user gains a stack by burning his mana as well as by casting abilities multiple times. Each stack increases the user's magic power and expands the mana pool. Like Bloodbound, the stacks have no limit

It also grants the user with exclusive magic abilities that requires a cost of their stack to be unleashed. And it is certified to be extremely destructive. Like the Bloodbound, if the user were to die, all Manabound stack will disappear to save the user's life
