Brads pov

I looked down at the ground avoiding all contact with connor. He's gonna hate me. I just know it. Maybe I should lie. No I can't.

"So Brad would you like to tell me why Lucy is in this god damn hospital" connor asked.

"Connor please just don't hate me" I pleaded.

"I'll try my hardest not to"

"Right. I kissed Lucy."

"Yeah I say you've kissed her plenty of times"

"No connor I kissed her when we got back from tour. Just before you found her unconscious. It's all my fault Connor"

Connor hugged me. He actually hugged me. He didn't hit me or anything.

"Brad Lucy's yours I have no right to take her away from you. Clearly you still love her. And she probably loves you too."

"Connor what no. You make her happy and whenever I'm with her everything goes wrong and what about Chloe!"

"I'm not fighting over a girl with you. I thought you broke up with Chloe." Connor said.

"No I didn't, but I don't know what to do. Let's just wait and see what she wants. No hard feelings. We ok?" I said.

"Yeah ok" Connor smiled and we got up.

James came running up to us as we went back into the hospital.
"She's awake" he said panting.
"You can visit her" he added after.

Me and Connor both looked at eachother, our eyes widening, as we ran to Lucy's room.

"Woah one guest at a time" a nurse said blocking the entrance.

I looked at Connor.

"Go on mate" I said pushing his arm lightly.

"You sure?" Connor asked me.

"I'm sure"

"Okay" connor said as he walked into Lucys room.

Connors POV

I went into her room and she smiled when she saw me. Her eyes were so bright and alive but her skin was pale with cuts and bruises on.

"Hey" I whispered quietly.

"Hi" she said. Her voice sounded weak.

I sat down on the chair beside the bed.

"I've missed you" I said resting my head on her shoulder.

"I missed you too"

"Brad told me everything"

"Connor please don't break up with me I love you he forced me"

"Ssh don't be so silly I love you."

"Good because loosing you would kill me"

"I think it'd kill me too loosing you"

"I just want to get out of this stupid place and go home"

"Yeah I haven't left this hospital. I've been here all day all night everyday"

"Aww"

"Oh err Brad wants to speak to you"

"No not alone can you stay with me?"

"Only one visitor at a time"

"Oh god"

"Don't worry I'll be right outside the door."

"I don't know if I can do this"

"Lucy you don't have to. Calm down. Take deep breaths"

"I just I-"

I cut her off by kissing her. She wrapped her arms around my neck and kissed back.

"I love you Connor"

"I love you Lucy"

I stood up and kissed her on the forehead before walking to the door.

"Where are you going"

"Don't worry I'll be back" I said smiling.

Lucys POV

Connor just randomly got up and walked away. Did I do something wrong? He said he'd be back though.

I looked up and a boy with curly hair brown stood in the doorway. He was looking down at the ground with his hair hanging over his face.

"Bra..Brad" I choked out.

He looked up at me biting his lip. His eyes where full with sadness.

"Hi" he said.

"Hi" I said.

"Before you call security or something can you just hear me out" Brad said, walking over to me.

"Take a seat" I said, pointing to the empty chair beside my bed. Brad sat down.

"Lucy I love you. Ok I do I never stopped and I never will. I'm not gonna let you go again. I shouldn't have kissed you but I needed to kiss you at least once more. I -" I cut Brad off

"Brad please. I never stopped loving you either and when I found out you had a girlfriend it broke my heart. I just don't know right now Brad okay" I said.

"I will fight for you Lucy, something I should've done a long time ago" Brad said. I smiled.

"Visiting time is over" a nurse said entering the room.

"Ok I gotta go I'll see you soon Lucy" Brad said getting up and leaving.

"Bye" I whispered.
