(i wanted to let you guys imagine what victoria would look like :) this is kind of like the image i had in my head of what she would be like. she's care-free and she's extremely cocky but she's fun to be around. she's thomas' sister so she'd ideally have brown hair and brown eyes like tommy but i'll leave that up to your imagination !)
