as the little black car turned down the winding road ,they grew closer to the building that would change paige's life forever.

a sigh left paige's lips as she was bored of the long journey ahead of her.

" are you okay" her dad asked.

"yeah i am. just bored and a little nervous" the young girl replied.
she wasn't lying. she was nervous to do this job. so nervous that she started to doubt herself.

what if she's not good enough. 
what if they don't like her. 
what if she doesn't know what to do.
what if she can't help.
she started to bounce her leg uncontrollably.

"you'll be fine. after all i'm your father so no doubt you'll be okay. if you need help or guidance i'm always here"
she smiled at her old man. finally feeling a little better about the whole situation
" thank you pops"
"your welcome cupcake"

a little while after, the sixteen year old girl finally saw vision of the old building her dad worked for.
butterflies swarmed her stomach.
the nervousness came back to her and all she wanted to do was hide in the car.

her dad parked into the parking spot that says "mckenzie" and you always had a vision that your last name would be written on a plaque like that.

you unbuckled your seatbelt and make your way into the building.
your dad showed the reception his pass and they gave you a visiting pass.
that was soon to be a workers pass you thought to yourself.

feeling more confident in yourself you and your father made your way up the elevator to the top floor and into your dads office.
