Several idols once upon a time were really into Fai, some thinking she was the most beautiful person they've ever seen and some also thinking that since her voice sound like gold then she is too. None of these guys knew Fai was in a relationship already, as mentioned previously the relationship was kept very private. So once it got out the two were dating, they were as shocked as the world. The two were desk mates for one year, they would sit next to each other every single day whenever they would attend school. Hyunjin would tell Fai things that even his band mates wouldn't know and vice versa. They were each other's first kiss. Every single time he thought he was going somewhere with his relationship with Fai, he realised that he was only going further away. Eventually, Hyunjin did get over his crush over Fai. Well until their graduation ceremony, he looked at her and when she flashed him smile he knew that he definitely wasn't over her.

During the promotion of Ateez's 2nd mini album, Fai promoted alongside of Ateez. Fai was interested in the group when they debuted, so she kept a close eye on them. Once she realised they were in the same music show, she decided to go meet them. San always knew that Fai was pretty, but he didn't realise how pretty she would be in real life until he met her. It's just a little crush for San, he knows he and Fai won't even be friends especially since she has Mark, but a guy can fantasise.

It's common knowledge now that Fai's favourite boy group is Seventeen, meaning Vernon thought he would have a chance with Fai. Vernon realised he had feelings for Fai in 2017 MAMA awards in Japan, this was prior to when Fai met Mark. Vernon confided to Fai, though his year was extremely successful and he has twelve other members, he felt like he had no one he can truly express his feelings to without the person feeling stressed for him. Once Fai revealed that Seventeen is her favourite boy group which shocked Vernon, all he thought about was how Fai had the cutest personality because when they first met and he revealed his thoughts to her she never brought up how she was a fan. Vernon kept his crush really hush hush, not telling anyone about it. He would give his full attention to Fai, he would be willing to give her the world. Everyone knew that Vernon had a crush on Fai, she was just too blind to notice.
